I booked it online. They accepted it and when we showed up to the property they were doing a shift change. The room didn’t have a phone or clean bathroom or towels. I had to work and sleep while my finance had to run errands to prepare for our wedding. We checked out early and I tried to address my concerns not asking if for a refund. The guy said why are you coming at 4pm to tell us. I asked for a receipt for my check out and that couldn’t be provided either.

no towels no remote control dirty carpet made bottom of my feet BLACK DIRTY. no ice machines and sheets were missing just 2 top sheets no elastic sheet for mattress. JUST OVERALL DIRTY.

there were no towels only one for the floor no wash cloths or shower towels I asked for a washcloth and they gave me a bathtowel thats all they had a big ol bathtowel to wash myself with. had no remote for an old big box Zenith TV nite lady had to go to all the empty rooms to look for a remote that goes to my old 90s TV and couldn't find one at 11:00-12:00pm midnight. wrong sheets for the bed very very very DIRTY FLOOR/CARPET drapes dirty AC FROM THE 80s BARELY WORKED EXTREMELY LOUD. BATHROOM WAS OLD AND MISSING PARTS FOR THE TOILET PAPER HOLDER PAPER WAS JUST ON TOP OF THE TOILET. SINK WAS FULL OF CIGARETTE BURNS PAINT WAS ALL CHIPPED OFF BATHTUB HOT AND COLD FIXTURE WAS MISSING BACK PART PIPES ALL EXPOSED. AND BOTH ICE MACHINES WERE BROKE. 1 good thing was they had plenty of drinks in like 4 vending machines,yea they worked but 2 big ol ice machines didn't work. no phone or ice buckets well machines didn't work anyways no lil fridge. graffiti everywhere. I CANT BELIEVE NO REMOTE CONTROL FOR TV THATS THE FIRST FOR ME HAD TO SIT NEXT TO TV TO CHANGE CHNNELS .

I didn't like that I got to my room and didn't notice the mattress was flipped and the other side had a pee stain and smelled like pee, i didn't like that they only gave 2 thin stained towels I didn't like the stained cigarette burned sheets, I didn't like that I got a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke, I didn't like that my key cards stop working I didn't like that the tub was stained black I didn't like that the shower curtain had mold on it I didn't like the door didn't want to close I had to really push it

The bathroom has mold and dirt dust all over the place and smells cigarettes and weed and another weird smell, and I’m still waiting for my return money because I can’t stay there 30 min and I booked another hotel , stay away from this place they got ppl selling drugs pills, and weed in the parking lot I don’t know where are the police from them?

This was the grimiest, dirtiest, nastiest hotel I've EVER stayed in. My husband immediately said after walking in the room if we could get our money back. Unfortunately I didn't pay for the insurance so I knew we couldn't. There were no fitted sheets on the bed so every time I'd roll over I'd end up on their 1980's bare spring mattress. There was 1 shower towel provided for a 4 occupancy room (and there were 4 of us on the reservation). The towel bar and toilet paper holder bar had been ripped off the wall and not fixed. The shower was dirty. And I can only imagine how much they pay in water by how heavily the sink was leaking water. Such a waste. The blackout window curtains were barely hanging on by 3 clips so all the light from the outside was coming in so bright I couldn't sleep at all. It appeared that the family who owns the hotel lives on site, so the fact that they allowed it to get that nasty shows how little they care. I wish I would have remembered to take pictures before turning in the keys, because it was completely unbelievable how nasty this hotel was.

For one the room was filthy, carpets, couches, curtains. The curtain was falling, the doors were hanging and unable to close properly. The toilets smelled disgusting. There was nothing good about this place from the moment you arrive. There is definitely prostitution going on there and a lot of drug addicts. The place looks scary, as if it was one of those creepy serial killer hotel scenes. We turned back around and asked for our money back giving the conditions of the hotel and only being there 10 min. The lady did not help us in any way , she seemed hindu or indian. We ended up staying in the parking lot of a mcdonalds due to the conditons of this horrible horroble hotel. I have never wrote a review or been to such a disgusting place in my whole life when traveling. People need to be aware of this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING THERE OR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SLEEP IN SUCH A DISGUSTING HORRIFYING PLACE LIKE THIS. It was actually quite frightening. Its such a shame that places like this are even offered on booking.com. they need to be investigated and have inspections of the whole facility before being able to be listed on such sites. Just the fact that we were there 10 minutes and didnt give us a refund is so disappointing. BEWARE!

There was nothing liked about this facility. The pictures online lie. I understand the ratings, but man oh man this place needs to go out of service. It needs to be inspected and see if everything is up to code.

I didn’t like anything it was gross

No breakfast no phone in the room no bath towels, hand towels or wash rags room was dirty. Found syringes in room just flat nasty.
