Didn’t like the coffee but appreciated it being made available. Chose to purchase different coffee pods. We didn’t know a microwave was available in the LL level until the last day. Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain well. At least 2” of water after about a minute … asked to have it fixed.unfortunately the next day same issue.

Perfect location, quiet, served crescent rolls, OJ & a fruit such as bananas. Appreciated being able to leave or bags for a few hours.

The room was not 100% clean (we found an apple and a cotton swab in the floor).

Breakfast had just coffee, juice, tea, cheese, croissant, butter and jelly. The room is good, bed really good, air conditioner/heater worked perfectly. It is really close to the 5th avenue, times square.

The rooms are cramped, and they need proper cabinets and drawers. We were in a relatively large room with two queen-sized beds, but we had to store our stuff in our luggage, as there were no cabinets.

Location, location, location! This hotel is right off Fifth Avenue and close to all major attractions, subway stations, etc. We started our day with a cozy and simple breakfast: croissants, string cheese, and orange juice or coffee. The general area is clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The receptionists are helpful when calling a taxi to the airport.

They send you an email to check in and so when you go to the front desk you don't have to show your ID or credit card because that step was already done before you get there.

Great service and great location. I stayed here because I was meeting Becky Lynch at her book signing at Barnes and Noble at 555 fifth Ave which ended up being very close to the book store.

The pictures on the site made all areas look much larger than they actually were. Unfortunately, the grab to go breakfast was non-existent & only consisted of an apple & some out of date orange juice on our first morning. On other mornings, there was the odd banana & 1 or 2 Croissants, which is not much use for a family of 5. The room doors need to be soundproofed as you can hear everything going on in each room which disturbed us early every morning & also late at night when other guests returned. The lighting in the room was in the wrong places.

The location was great for getting around & the rooms were clean if a bit basic.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned as I expected. The bathroom was left unclean and there was some debris in the room's venting system which looked like potato chips. I did report this to the staff, who were extremely apologetic, but there was not an accommodation on our bill.

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The location of the hotel could not possibly be more convenient. The hotel also has a locked room for safe storage of luggage, and they were willing to do so for a few hours after check-out. So grateful.

They didn’t clean our bedroom, even when we left the sign in the door to do so. And if we needed something, like toilet paper, staff was super slow and wouldn’t bring it.

Location is amazing and facilities are great. We arrived early our first day but we sat on the lobby with no problem. Beds were great too.

Be very careful on reading the hotel rules description because there’s a 200$ deposit to pay once you arrive at the property, which will be refunded in like 2/3 weeks, so be aware! + Half of the staff was very welcoming and helpful, the other half was kind of rude. It almost seemed like they didn’t want you to be there and was almost pissed that you would ask them questions. “The breakfast” included is a croissant a juice and a fruit, don’t expect much. The hotel and the rooms were small. The price is absolutely not worth it! I would choose another option.

The location was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. The cleaning lady was such a lovely person. The room had all the amenities.

I got phished by the hotel prior to arrival - someone posing as the hotel in the booking.com system used my reservation to steal my credit card information.

Great room for the price, clean and quiet, nice view. Free coffee in lobby was great. Convenient location.

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are glued to the wall and I had a hard time getting product out.

Very comfortable bed. Room is small but the location is very ideal and staff is very friendly and helpful.
