They clean rooms every 3 days. They would not enter your room to make bed even. To change towels, you need to tell. This is very strange and have not seen anything like this before. They are also hi- tech with ipads controlling everything. Major problem, wifi network went down for a day and all smart things stopped working. So, if you are not into smart, iPad controlled room, this might be inconvenient.

Hotel was stylish, causy and giving vibes of new and modern design. Location is good if you want to be in downtown and close to all famous places.

the rooms are a bit small, but as a solo traveler I didn't mind. I would need to be much more specific in the type of room if I was traveling with a partner or family.

I enjoyed the location and it has a great attitude / ambiance. Nice hotel.

The room was a little noisy. The weight pulley machine in the fitness room was broken and the room smelled like bacon in the morning. Would have been nice to have some complimentary coffee. Couldn't cast my content to the TV. Channels were limited.

The room was well organized. Was a bit small and you couldn't tilt TV towards the chair etc.

In town for concert at ACL Live at Moody Theater, 10-min walk from hotel. Easy access on foot to myriad of restaurants and music venues. Rate hard to beat for hotel in downtown Austin. Only catch being small room (150m2), but well appointed, new, comfy. Choice of street- vs courtyard-facing room.

Road noise especially the pot hole cover. The king bed is tricky for 2nd person to get out. No luggage carts(we were given a food cart to use).

The rooms were very well laid out. Small but had everything. The rooftop pool and lounge were very nice. Shower was quite elegant , good cleaning products. So modern and clean.

It was my second stay at Citizen M, so I knew the rooms were very small, but this stay confirmed that the rooms are small! Comfy bed. A great place for a single person. With more than one, consider the size of the room before booking.

I requested cleaning via the iPad and my room was never cleaned. The gym is a bit lacking in terms of equipment.

Always great value when I stay at a citizenM property. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed with more than enough space for a solo traveler. The space is beautifully decorated and curated. Lots of lobby space to take meetings and do work throughout the day. Rooftop pool is very nice.

The key failed several times and even with the master key, they had troubles to open it. They changed be to another room, and had the same problem

Terrible check in experience (tech was down), and it's weird there is no hand soap in the rooms so you have to dodge into the shower to get it.

Loved the cute room, facilities and vibe. Kind of a 'pod' hotel room,.cozy. friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Great spots to work or hang out. Gym has amazing views.
