You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe had an early arrival of a flight. We thought maybe we could check in early but that was not option.
Me and my husband stayed here for one night for a quick stop in Boston on our way to VT. This location was perfect for trying to fit in some Boston tourist things before leaving. The room was just the right size for our short stay and the bed was comfortable. We came back in the middle of the day to take a nap and the night shade blocked out all the light. We got a good 3 hour nap in! It was amazing! We also appreciated the chill lobby atmosphere while we waited to check into our room. And the staff were so kind. We also checked out but had a few hours after check out to do a few more things in the city but didn't want to take our luggage. They let us keep it there in a storage space. I would highly recommend this place if you need a good place to get on and off the subway and to hit up some touristy Boston things. Our room also had a cool view of the city and surprisingly the city noise was to a minimum. We slept really good.

Location is good. Nice view from the room even im only on 5th floor. Nice stuff for the direction and suggestion. Clean room. I do hope they have the little bench like washington dc citizen m. Easy to control everything. And it’s better to provide a cup by the basin. But the stuff did give me one when i ask for a cup of ice.

United States of AmericaThe Pillows were really good for watching TV but for sleeping for ne there to thick. There were 4 pillows on the bed I think there should of been a choice of a thickness. The thick and fluffy pillows gave me a stiff neck. Every was really Good, I'll be Back.

United KingdomCleaning staff walking into the room 09:20 when wife and I were getting dressed. Not much privacy with the toilet/shower as glass door doesn't close properly.
Rooms clean, staff friendly, pleasant atmosphere and quiet. The control panel using the iPad for the lighting, entertainment, curtains and blinds is a very good feature. The city view from the room was beautiful. The convenience of the location being so central.

BelgiumI had a bit of trouble finding the entrance at my arrival, and, even though the buffet formula for breakfast was of good quality, I would have liked a less expensive breakfast option with a more limited selection of products.
The location is perfect to visit Boston, either by foot or through public transportation with the green and orange metro lines just next to the hotel. The room was very nice and modern, with a beautiful view on the bridge crossing Charles river to Bunker Hill memorial. The hotel lobby and shared spaces are also very comfortable and enjoyable.
