Sometimes there was a smooth voice at the background, it looked like the air conditioner from outside. It will be great if the management fix this case.

The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, the area for breakfast and reception are cozy and allow also any type of activity/working etc. The room, although small, had everything including super comfortable bed and colored lights to give an extra vibe. Everything can be managed via a tabled, blinds, lights, room cleaning. The breakfast was amazing, much better than many ‘famous’ hotel chains. The checkin is self service… it took me literally 2 minutes to scan my passport and get my key. The staff is also very friendly and supportive for any need.

The bathroom is too small. I would say the room is to sleep & go. No space to sit. The staff need to be more helpful by explaining more to the guests about the parking and the location of rooms.. etc

CitizenM is wonderful, if you know what to expect. It’s clean and comfy, but it is geared towards those younger than me. As an elder millennial, I do struggle with some of the automation. That being said, I pick a CitizenM when I have the opportunity.

Location is superbe. Close to the river and the magnificent mile, while also at walking distance from the restaurant's area. Room is European style (smaller than American style) but good comfort and very clean. We arrived earlier than 2 pm but the rooms were ready.

It was nothing something so dramatic, but the size of the room is almost a "capsula". If you are planning to spend much time in the room that's fine, but maximum two people there and it may be trick to move around. My window faces others windows quite close, so I did not open it at all and I will just add a simple coffee machine in the room in case you don't wanna to leave earlier. Otherwise, is such a great place to stay (the tecnology in the room/space is quite cool).

The location is great as you are in the middle of the busy center with lots of features and closer to the Loop and Millennium Park, so it's easy to walk around to both location and it's 8 minutes walking from one of the main station (Blue line) that's goes straight to the Airport. For a black female solo trip, I really enjoyed the place!

The parking situation is difficult and expensive, just an expectation in Chicago, I guess. However, offering a vouchure or validate for part of the cost would be VERY HELPFUL and definitely set you above the rest. A couple of other hotels in the area do that for part of the cost and it makes a big different for the planning and budget on getaways!

Breakfast was great. This is a very "hip", fun place to stay. The location was excellent. We appreciated the extra time for late checkout which is always a bonus! We only booked one night but changed our plans after that and stayed a second!

I assumed I had a room with a river view/city view since that is what I booked (apparently not) through booking. At least, those are the photos posted.

I liked the big bed, the technology and clean room. Also, the small size of the room makes you think that you really don’t need more space than that.

Unsure about the shower/toilet/sink set up...not terrible at all...just lacked the privacy Brits crave!! (But it was all very clean and well resourced.)

Fabulous location. Superb shared areas to relax. Comfy bed. Exceptionally clean. Helpful & friendly staff. Lovely decor. iPad controlled lighting & blinds good fun!
