The breakfast was poor. They had like from the eggs only scrambled eggs. And they weren’t so delicious. It was other stuffs to eat but they weren’t so good. Only what was good is the orange juice and salmon.

The location was great. Everything was close. A lot of good restaurants around the Hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The room is WAY smaller than what you can expect. Smaller than a cruise room. The big window helps. You just have to know the rooms are like being in a van.... then you're ready for it and the atmosphere is fun!!!!!

There’s only one staff member amongst the automatic check in/check-out counters that assists everyone with everything, can be a bit of a waiting time if there’s many guests at the same time.

This hotel is for the young crowd as the room is so so small there's absolutely no space what so ever.

the room felt a bit pod like and small but was super comfortable and has high end facilities. with two people in the room trying to shower/unpack it was a little awkward but we were really there to go out. The pool could do with a little TLC and nicer beach towels

Loved the location. Sat having coffee on the balcony over looking Brickell - great vibes. Great coffee. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at the hotel. I loved the lobby area with the bar/breakfast area. Loved having black out blinds in the room for night time. I had just got off a long haul flight so that was great.

**I absolutely did NOT like the dark hallways with the eerie red lighting and carpeting, it reminded me of the movie The Shining, and quite frankly doesn’t feel safe. Perhaps simple black or charcoal grey carpeting and more inviting photography and art on the walls and brighter lighting would make the hallways more appealing. The hallway decor doesn’t even match the beautiful & quirky decor and overall ambiance of the rest of hotel. The hallway decor is unsettling! -I really don’t like that they don’t have room service for food, not even late night snacks or drinks. A bit disappointing if you just want to relax in your room & eat. -The round flat mini refrigerator handle is a bit sharp and a bad design because you can’t really grip it, you have to pull it open with your finger in that weird metal hole with sharp edges. -Can the room keys come with a strap or a lanyard ? it’s so annoying to keep having to pull your key out of your wallet just to operate the elevator. I totally understand it’s for safety, but I wish there was a better way like a bracelet you could wear like what you get at a resort. - There is barely shelving space for your personal toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, bar soap, razor or washcloth in the shower. Personally I don’t like using the provided soap/shampoo (low-key paranoid/trust issues that they’ve been tampered with) so I use my own stuff. -I didn’t like that you can’t access apple iTunes in your room. Can you consider getting iTunes to access from ipad? -I wish the rooms had 2 heavy duty glass or heavy plastic cups in the room for mouthwash, and to hold make up brushes. -

I absolutely absolutely love the decor!!!!! 😍😍😍such a beautifully decorated hotel and it feels chic, modern, fun and welcoming. I love that you can control the temperature, tv, window shades and lighting of the room from the iPad!!! So easy! The rooftop bar and views are gorgeous was a bit disappointed that the Bar wasn’t open while I was out there. I loved how clean the room was, the firm yet comfy bed, it felt so clean and safe!! The staff @ the bar were amazing! my drink blueberry bliss( I think that’s what it was called) was delicious! the Karaoke & cocktails were fun, and the checkin staff were super helpful especially Kevin and Justin.

Could def hear the club from across the street. It didn’t bother me but was quite loud. Parking and driving in that area is really terrible if you have a car.

The safe in our room didn’t work and I had to ask three times over two days before someone came to look at it. Couldn’t fix it and we were left without a safe for the entire stay. Also two treadmills and two bikes could hardly be classified as a gym.
