The room is small but it was expected so, nothing new here. The staff serving the breakfast was not so nice.

The location of the hotel is nice, there is several metro station around. Also, it is very close by Soho, so nice ! The view from the room is also nice and the decoration/vibe in general is cool.

Great facilities. Use of space in the room was really imaginative. Hotel bar and work space was really nice with lots of space and natural light. Roof-top bar was stunning at night especially. Staff were very helpful when needed.

All the staff were amazing and the rooms were so clean. In the rooftop you can see the whole city. It was beautiful. The hotel location was walking distance to so many things to do and see. I loved staying at the CitizenM . We will be back.

Having a kettle or coffee maker in the room would be really nice. Some of us need that first cup before we get dressed in the morning!

The bed was really comfy and the rooms are well appointed, cleverly using a small space. As a single traveler it was perfect size and very comfortable! Great view! I wish there was a kettle and for coffee and tea in the room.

Breakfast is good but basic, as is the food available at other times. If you're a foodie you will want to look elsewhere. Tech was a bit glitchy in the room this time but nothing dramatic. The best prices are not always on their website which is a shame for them.

This is my 3rd time at the Bowery and it does not disappoint. If you like the ambience of sleeping in an iPad, then this is the hotel for you. Rooms are compact but well designed, SUPER clean and well maintained. The lights, shutters, cleaning hours, media and temperature are all managed from an iPad in your room. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the communal area which has a feature wall that is 3 storeys high and covered with interesting art and literature. Seating in this space is spread out at different levels so people can work or chat in peace. It's a very well thought through environment and you can see the Dutch influence. The bar upstairs has an incredible panoramic view of the city that is a must see. CitizenM is calm yet interesting space when you compare it to the Moxy which is more of a party hotel.

Really loved my stay here! All the staff I met were helpful, kind and interested. The room was well designed and the large window was wonderful. Also, I loved how I could lie in bed and control the blinds...lights...tv - the iPad control was v smart. The rooftop bar was great for the views and watching sunsets (it opens from 1.30pm) and was never too busy. Also, I liked the fresh filtered water (still or sparkling) provided for free in the downstairs lobby. We never waited for the lifts either. When I come back to NYC I will deffo stay here again (if pricing stays competitive) and consider other CitizenMs around the globe. Many thanks again to all the team!
