So far, and I am myself impressed about it as usually I always find something wrong, nothing negative or that I did not like!

The design is top, interesting to look almost like you are in a museum; the staff is amazing and so so friendly and professional, the smell (it smells so so so good and clean everywhere) and the rooms are designed in a smart way. About our check-in: I had a bit of a situation because of me booking the wrong location so I contacted the booking customer service which was great and seamlessly helpful in facilitating the booking transfer to this location! Additionally, Sharon from this location helped me to check in, made my experience better and add a little extra touch to the whole thing! Her smiling and friendly approach made us all feel welcoming and relaxed. I will definitely suggest this location to friends and family and will come back once in Seattle.

The only negative about it was one of the servers at the bar one night was a bit unfriendly/difficult, but thats just a one off and could happen anywhere. All the other staff I dealt with were great!

I liked the location - it was central to all the neighbourhoods I wanted to visit, it felt safe and clean, was walking distance to downtown and tourist attractions. The room was clean and proper, the breakfast was well worth the money, and the value for money was there. I particularly liked this as a location for travelling alone - I would have been less thrilled with the room if I was with someone, but that could just be the room I paid for.

They could have cleaned my room during my 5 day stay. Waited all day and then when they finally did, it wasn’t cleaned, just remade the bed.

CitizenM website did not mention that they have parking spaces in the adjacent building. The FAQ suggested we parked at Whole Foods, try street parking, or one of the lots nearby. We were arriving very late, so we pre paid a parking space for a whole day, only to find out that parking was available (paid) right next to the hotel. It was too late to refund the other spot, kind of a waste. in my opinion this information should be available on the website FAQ section.

The staff was excellent. Cafe downstairs had great coffee. Bar is working until late, so you can grab a late night beverage or snack easily.

One morning the welcome at the breakfast was a little bit cold. Seemed that the waitress didn't have a good start to the day and was a bit unfriendly (but was an exception).

Great breakfast! Small rooms, but well thought-out layout and enough storage space. Everthing can be controlled via an app or iPad in the room.

Would suggest putting a power outlet on the otherside of bed (by window), simple how to instructions on wall for ironing room, and easing up on fragrance on 1st floor (it's really strong and also, allergies).

Technology, modern fun graphic decor, streamlined bedroom (small profile than reg room but it works!), huge 1st floor area, and staff great.

Nearest power outlet for charging phones was 8 feet away from beds and 10 oz non alcoholic drinks 4$. Only one nightstand.

Good location, clean, super comfortable, trendy. Great breakfast! Awesome ambiance settings for lighting and sound for night. Minimalist rooms. Minimal frills.

We wanted more features on the app to control the room like the lights turning on as a wake alarm but we can’t really complain! Probably wouldn’t recommend for those with kids though.

Very impressed with the high tech design of each room, especially being able to control the lighting via app. Beds were very comfortable for two people and the black out curtains were effective. Lots of comfortable spaces to hang out in the lobby area. Location was close to downtown without the hassle of finding street parking. We had a rental car that we would park out on the street at night and everything was fine. There is a parking lot in the alley behind the hotel that you can leave your car all day at a flat rate, if you choose to.

It took forever to have room cleaned, and it wasn't cleaned -- towels were switched, bed made, that's it. There was a lack of electrical outlets in the room.

Beautiful location, convenient, good food, nice staff. It was great to hang out in the hotel lobby areas, so many different persepectives within the hotel. The music was amazing, and computers were available for use as well.
