The bed. The filthy back door entrance to the parking. If they picked up all the garbage and kept the door clean it would have made a world of difference. The homeless people living in the parking lot were friendly.

The room seemed clean and had a nice-sized fridge and microwave. The walls looked as if they were freshly painted. There is a lot of potential due to the location.

the minute I checked in there was 7 to 10 kids running around the halls screaming. this is a hotel where low income families live. it was loud, I could hear the people in the room down the hall yelling at each other all night. the people in the room next to me had a small dog they left alone all day and it barked the entire time, very annoying. the room itself wasn’t too bad, although none of the power outlets worked. you had to plug in to the power strip that the fridge was plugged into. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

the hotel under incredible renovation, I could barely back out of space because of all the building materials, my husband is disabled, but we couldn't find anything else on the road, so the stack of materials everywhere were very dangerous for him to manuever . The desk clerk ,although very nice, criticized booking .com for sending her more people as she said she was booked solid and we got the last room. She was also answering the phone non stoop for rooms while we were trying to get our room. The room was ok, but we could not ever get the tv on, and we tried recalling desk ten times and they were always busy. We left after sleeping, so as not to return.

smoking could harldy breath because of the smell, towels that had stains, there was no smoke detector or phone. Head boards to the bed wasn't connected. Open wires in the bathroom. Everything was sticky. No one came to switch out towels for 3 days bought our own. Shower curtain to small for shower got water everywhere.

As soon as we entered the room, it looked extremely run down and as if it was falling apart. In the bathroom there was a dirty toilet cleaner laying on the floor between the door and the toilet. Continuing into the room, the chair that faces the bed had what appeared to be a semen stain in the middle of it. Cracks in the wall also littered the room as well as a broken decorative frame. The bed was sunken in, so my back hurt the next morning too. Overall the experience was awful and I was excited to leave as soon as the sun came up.

the doors don’t close right off the back for extra security.. if don’t lock unless forced to slam and close door. The wifi don’t stay connected, no good signal or connection inside rooms.

the beds were comfy, the location was great, I love the people/ staff there. Prices are affordable for me.

Bugs everywhere. Falling apart inside and outside. People living in the hotel. Unsavory people. No wonder "NO REFUNDS" sign on the front lobby door, people probably demand one as soon as they see the property. Sleeping in your car a better option. Avoid.

It is next to Home Depot, you can buy some building material to help fix up the outside of the property.
