There is no staff at the hotel, so we showed up and it said the office was closed. We called the number to bookings.com and the man on the line said he could not help us, we would have to call back and ask for a refund the next day. Luckily, my husband saw a small note on the door that said to drive to a different hotel to check in. We did, and the lady there said they don't have anyone to work there. It would have been nice to learn about this before we didn't 20 minutes on hold with bookings. We thought we were going to have to sleep in our car.

Very small room. There is no chair with a back. The shower is not very good. It had very low water pressure.

We were in room 300. When you walk into the front door it is a bedroom then you can go to living room from there. There is a window from the first bedroom that looks into the living room. The other bedroom door is glass, so there is no privacy at all. The couch had weird mystery stains on it.

I liked that it was close to the bars and restaurants. The TV worked. The price was good. Kitchen area was nice.

There is no reception at this location. In order to check in, the visitors have to find the other location indicated on the sign of the closed reception. The other location is very difficult to find and is ~7 min by car. Upon check-in, I requested a map on how to get back to the actual booked motel and I was informed that they don't have any. Got lost on the way back to the motel - this part of the service was awful!! THERE WAS NO MENTION WHILE BOOKING THAT CHECK-IN IS AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!! I HAVE LOST ~1 HR DRIVING AROUND - I COULD HAVE SPENT THIS TIME ON THE BEACH!! Two other visitors had the same problem!

Well, first off, we had to drive across town to check in. Had to go to a different hotel to get checked in. There was no hotel staff on premises. None. So that was a huge inconvenience. Secondly, the room was a tiny box with a bed & a TV. It was so small. Way smaller than we expected it to be. The bed basically filled the entire room. The bathroom was equally tiny. We had issues with the TV & the internet & there was no one we could call to get it sorted. The only number I had was to an out of state OYO operator, but he didn't know any specifics about the hotel. We booked this room, but had no point of reference, or any one to turn to ask general questions about the hotel. Major inconvenience. Plus the room was small. Will not stay here again, if it can be avoided.

Not much, unfortunately. The room was waaaaaaaaaaaaay smaller than we anticipated. It was clean & the bed was comfortable, but that was about it. The location was good. It was just a few blocks from the beach & the Seaside aquarium. And at least it did feel safe. The location & building itself was nice.

There was a note on the door advising that this was an absentee landlord hotel, and we had to cross town to get a key. The staff, while efficient enough were overworked having to hand out keys for 3 or more motels. The room was very small, the towels were as small as napkins and threadbare. The room was stuffy until we forced the window open. There was no temperature control except for a ceiling fan. The price was a rip off for what we got.

The room was very clean and had many things a visitor expects. The bathroom was spotless.

There are no mats outside or inside to wipe feet on, which in turn means the room floor was very sandy...from pets especially. Wish there had been a broom to keep it a bit tidy.

Beds were comfortable, huge bathroom. Liked having a microwave and mini fridge.
