We were located on the left side of the building where all the trucks were and made a lot of noise in the morning so I didn't get the best sleep. But they went out of theirr way to make an nice breakfast and the manager said next time they'll give a room in a quieter area. Thank you.

There was only 2 issues I had....one was that the flooring in my room was not cleaned all the way. I sometimes walk around barefoot and when I did the bottoms of my feet became very dirty. My husband and I had to re-sweep and re-mop the floors again ourselves. Also there was a small opening under our room door that made it easy for us to hear outside of the room as well as others to hear inside the room I'm sure.

It was very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. Amenities were very nice, the bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Also the free daily breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were all very attentive and very helpful with any of my needs and/or requests.

breakfast area blocked off on one side so it was difficult to get in and out of, door to my room had a small gap at the bottom, blinds didn’t completely cover the window - were not fit properly to the window size. the parking lot was noisy. the buildings are outdated and need to be refreshed.

The location was great we are right off the belt way 8. We were attending a concert in webster and the room was right off the interstate. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again. If you feel like I do and a room is a ŕoom as long as it is clean. This place is affordable and convenient. They are still serving breakfast with breakfast with room

My only complaint is I couldn't stay longer.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent not only did they have the standard diy waffle situation but they had fruit, yogurt, oatmeal not to mention the eggs, sausage plus biscuits and gravy!! Also upon check in I was given 2 free beer tickets to redeem at the bar located in the lobby!!

Where to start... The place is clearly needing an uplift. Many doors had big padlocks on as they were bust and tiles missing on the side walk, paint peeling away, rooms painted over but looked awful, TV even with public channels was like watching snow fall! And honestly, I felt unsafe there. Marijuana was being smoked somewhere there and the bar, though nice, had very loud music and out of 10 people in there 8 people there couldn't handle their alcohol and we just felt uncomfortable, even with a free beer, I did not stay long. It was not great. I will not be returning sadly.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Towels and shower gel etc provided. People were lovely and clearly worked hard. They allowed us to stay late which I am very grateful for,
