You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur room smelled like body oder. They didn't make our bed when cleaning our room (nothing was on the bed). The window screens were broken. The door to get into the hotel, which should have been locked, was not, and after telling the staff, they had still not attempted to fix it before we left. The bathroom either had black mold or was not cleaned (I paid for a shower at the loves gas station rather than showering at the hotel). The staff was not helpful when asking about ways to get around the town and parking fees that the town required.
It was in a good spot, right off the highway and easy to locate.

United States of AmericaFire alarm constantly going off at all times of day/night. 11p, 12a, 1a, 2a, 3a & 4am. Honestly a deal breaker for me despite my room being comfortable. I did have to be moved to another room upon arrival as the tv didn't work, seemed like it was on its last. Overall, I doubt I'll be returning after my stay is over, fire alarm is just too much. You can't rest here, it's happening as I type this review

After 75$booking and100 $cash room was double what I should have done to start with. My refund was to be returned today (3-4) days still no deposit back. You and the hotel have a good gimic to rip people off.

United States of AmericaThe place clearly had some construction going on. Lots of things either cordoned off or out of order. It didn't cause any noise during my stay, but it was pretty unsightly for the price I paid. Needed to be about half of what I paid for what I got out of it.
The waffle station was a nice touch.

United States of AmericaThe elevator was not working so carrying up stuff 2 floors with 2 kids wasn't fun. We could hear the men next door so we had to turn on music to try to drown them out to sleep. The bed was really high for our 4 yr old.
The orange juice was out as was the milk. My husband got the last packet of oatmeal. There was no milk for cereal. My granddaughter did like her waffle. I ended up eating nothing and drinking water. Very disappointed as the Quality Inn we stayed in in Alabama was exceptional.

Our bathroom toilet didn’t flush right, water ran all night, tank obviously damaged, noise in parking lot outside at night, elevator buttons all sticky & dirty. We didn’t stay for breakfast. so disappointing. Men at desk checking people in just plain rude & abrupt.I’ll never stay here again.
