We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was a confusion about free shuttle from/to the airport terminal. It appeared that the shuttle was not operating and that the hotel provided a free taxy instead. But both those facts were not communicated in advace, so I paid for taxi on my way to the hotel.

2 out of the 3 elevators were not working during our stay, however one was fixed and back in service prior to our departure.
Room and beds were superb, breakfast was well presented and clean with cheerful staff, a good stay overall.

My daughter was followed by a gentleman in the hotel and the front desk did not if he stayed there or not. Front desk seen him following her on camera to where she got in her vehicle. Room service will not service your room daily. We had to ask for service and towels daily. Then housekeeping does not wear gloves when cleaning any rooms. They have security there but we still didn’t feel comfortable staying here.
I like that it was very close to airport. The property was very updated in decor and furniture. The room smell fresh and clean when I check in.

We only stayed one night because of a flight delay. Housekeeping knocked on our door well before the normal checkout time while the "do not disturb" sign was hanging on the door. We got the vibe that we were being rushed out despite checking in after 1AM and acquiring a late checkout. Staff were friendly, but this was off-putting.
Clean and quiet - also close to airport with easy drop-off / pick-up options. Also, late night food options are nearby.

Pool was not cleaned out to go swimming.
Room was awesome! The bed is so comfortable, and everything was great! I love the Dove lotion, body wash, conditioner and shampoo line. Breakfast was great! Get there in a timely fashion, or the bacon and grits will be gone.

My only complaint is that the AC didn’t get cold enough but that’s on me because if I would’ve said something they would’ve switched our rooms for sure. They have great service.

I had NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER OR WASH MY FACE. The young lady at the front desk was rude. She told me I HAVE TO INSERT my payment type although the terminal clearly stated tap. With all the fraud I was very uncomfortable and she gave me and my husband a bad vibe so I tapped my card only. Of course it worked.
For the price it’s a good close proximity to the airport.

Upon arrival our whole floor smelled of propane. We left and when we returned the entire building now smelled like propane. No longer than 10-20 mins the fire alarm went off! Asked to be refunded as it was super late and was told rudely they wouldn’t be issuing refunds and that we could speak to a manager in the morning or call right then. Another staff member told us it was a waste of time to even try to call that management was impossible to get in touch with. Some of the staff were super kind but there was one guy and girl that got in our faces threatening to call the cops. 10/10 don’t recommend unless you want to deal with attitude. There were other ways they could’ve handled the situation as we were respectful so we should’ve gotten that in return.
Room and facility were very clean breakfast consisted of pastries.

No problem with the property at all , but one of the ladies in the reception was so rude and we were discriminated,,,never happened to us before in this locations that we use it all the time, this lady saw us walking to take some breakfast in the morning , she asked me for the room keys coz she didn’t believe we were staying in the hotel. She confused us with “homeless”?????? WTH that was disgusting totally.
