It was really nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Maybe the breakfast could’ve been more variety. They always had sausage and no bacon.

The parking is a blemish. There were no free parking spaces by 7:30 pm. The worst part of our stay was the slick room floor. Whatever was used to clean the floor made it difficult to move in the room.
I liked the lobby and the staff was exceptional. The lobby had a trendy vibe. The staff greeted us with such enthusiasm that I felt right at home.

The room across from us on the second night had people who were VERY loud and it was around midnight. Couldn’t get to sleep because of this. Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel. These people just didn’t care less about others on that floor.
Needs some updates but hotel was clean and staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was very dim - with limited lighting. No shuttle bus available to pick up from Airport. Breakfast had quite a lot of high sugar items. No much fresh fruit. My room overlooked dunkin' donut drive through! A hedge would be good idea.
Very friendly staff. Text messages from reception when there were free cookies available. Good location - lots of choices of nearby restaurants. Well stocked shop in lobby with snacks. Good sized desk for working at. Fridge and microwave in room

The mattress wasn’t comfy and I would not say it was the quietest. Overall, not bad. Just ask to be away from the elevator.
It wasn’t fancy, but they did nice touches that made the place feel like it should’ve cost more: decorations, free fresh baked cookies, CLEAN, towel art, and they even folded the toilet paper to look like a flower. Did I mention clean?!! Super friendly staff. I was definitely not expecting this service at this price range. Great.

When you look close, things are dated and in need of repair. Rooms are decent sized but not as large as some in that range and area.

The coffee maker in my room did not work. That was a huge inconvenience for me. The deal breaker for me when making reservations at any hotel is the availability of a coffee maker. I was very disappointed about that and it is something that would make me think twice about staying at this hotel in the future.

It had been updated but some of the “oldness” shone through—in the bathroom and elevator particularly. Otherwise all good. Also, when I arrived at the hotel the cookies were gone! ☹️
It was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

The king bed basically was only accessible on 1 side no area to charge phone needed more outlets. Tight squeeze between bed and wall. I would definitely get 2 queens instead of king, my husband has cpap machine so I had to change side of bed. More lighting needed. Still a great value

Our room was a little noisy because it was on the first floor by the laundry room and the gym. In addition, the hotel is located by the airport so that’s an additional noise, as well as the highway that runs beside it. We always take a noise machine with us, which helps drastically. 
It was quiet and very clean. The staff was very nice.  the location was centralized where it was. Easy to go to restaurants and get coffee in the morning.
