You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMy adult son slipped in the shower and fell out onto the bathroom floor. Luckily his head landed between the commode and the corner of the wall, however he landed hard on his tailbone and he is still in a lot of pain. We did not report it at the time, and we do not intend to take action. But please install non-slip grips in the shower.
Good value for the money. I LOVE that it is pet friendly. Will stay here again.

United States of AmericaParking is a little small but we manage. Also, perhaps the front desk staff and evening maids not smoke next to the front door. My son has asthma so having to dodge smoke within 10' of the door is irritating
The location is perfect for my son & I. We go to Kings Island and this location is the perfect spot.

We arrived so late in the morning we didn't get to partake of the continental breakfast, but coffee was available 24/7. Traveling for a business seminar, so really didn't spend much time at the hotel or have time to enjoy the amenities such as the pool, but it looked very well kept. Staff was excellent, super friendly

United States of Americathere was various bug zappers with a bright light that were plugged into multiple outlets throughout the room. while I guess they did their job to keep bugs away, I usually unplugged them at night as they were really bright.
property was in a great location with good food locations within walking distance. bed was firm but I like my beds like that so it wasn't a bother. ac worked great, room was clean and fairly modern looking. shower was good and had good pressure.
