There were cleaning aspects that made me feel uncomfortable in my room. - nails on the floor - a lot of human hair on the shower - the bed didn’t have clean sheets.

The relation between value and cost. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting that much. It’s convenient with the transportation to the airport and the facilities are in good shape.

Parking is no longer free, now USD 12 per day plus USD5 plus USD 4 tax. Would be USD 69 for 5 nights. This had only started 5 days before our arrival, I argued it was free when I booked room and they cancelled the charge this time, but will take into consideration next time

The room was large, but very tired. The bathroom was small and old (the toilet was off-center, but didn't leak). Pillows were all with one filling (super soft down). Not enough power outlets to charge devices.

Big, clean room. Efficient staff. Free Wi-Fi. Decent mattress. Good outbound free airport shuttle. Walking distance to restaurants. A value-for-money bargain property.

There were lightbulbs that didn't work in the facilities, and the bathroom was not deep cleaned.

They didn’t offer breakfast which we felt should have with the prices we paid for the room for our 3 day stay. The parking was horrible then to top it off could not communicate with our housekeeper, due to lack of English was a very hard To translate what we needed.

Location was very convenient for the venue in which we were in town for.

The beds underneath needs to be properly cleaned

This hotel is conveniently located near airport and it has a very reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. Great customer service, nice size room, WiFi was good, nice clean functional bathroom with all the amenities. Despite some of the negative comments I read, I found this hotel to be in good condition and well maintained, and also friendly staff. By the way, the air conditioning works great.

The bathroom has no fan. If you want ice you have to go to the main level. People smoking weed literally right infront of the entrance and no one said anything.

The night staff went above and beyond for the last minute items I needed. Super helpful. I liked that you couldn’t hear the airplanes at all

I didn't like that the system was down when we arrived and had to wait for it to come back up before checking in, but it was back up after my husband and i ate at the on-site restaurant.

Needed a place to stay after missing a connecting flight instead of sleeping in the airport and this place was close to the airport, fairly priced, and had a shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant was still open upon arrival and the food was fairly good.
