Attendant attitude towards me when I was checking in. I asked about something and he was very condescending and ask if I knew that this was a hotel and not a motel. I found that to be extremely rude and prejudiced. It was late and I was dressed down because I just wanted to get in and rest. He treated me as if I was not able to afford the hotel stay. I had pre paid my stay already.

No room service...I was there 6 nights and never had my room cleaned or attended to. I had to go to the front desk to replenish the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was not bad on the weekend but very limited during the week. The attached restaurant had an event on the Saturday evening so it was difficult to find a parking spot.

I had a room right off the pool. It had a computer room right off the lobby which I had to use a couple of time. It was located just off the highway so very convenient.

The breakfast use to be the best included with biscuits and gravy at my last stay a few years ago. But now it’s nothing major to eat but the waffles.

The property was great for myself and my child. It’s an area to sit outside within the walls put up with accessible doors at different points, which I loved that area the most.

Our fridge was cracked upon arrival, I did inform them about it so hopefully it gets fixed. Walls are as thin as paper so you can hear absolutely every single noise from outside and downstairs. People were slamming doors. We had people ding-dong-ditch our room. People were smoking right outside of the room when it’s posted not to smoke. The pool is advertised as heated and it is not heated. Once the restaurant in the front gets packed over the weekend, it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Let alone trying to find parking near your room or an entrance. The continental breakfast was just that, coffee, juices (that were sour/didn’t seem fresh), bagels, cream cheese, apples, 2 types of cereal. Boiled eggs and a few yogurts offered in the mini fridge on breakfast counter. For a free breakfast, it is basic, but free. So can you really complain? Overall it was decent. Rooms were semi clean, but we noticed within the first day walking around in the room, our socks were getting dark on the bottom. If you just plan on sleeping here, amazing place. But to spend “quality time” here or to relax, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend.

It’s situated between 2 car dealerships and we were on the side of HONDA. Which seems to locate all their parked vehicles by sounding off the car alarms for locations which happened our entire stay/ several times throughout the day and nite (even on a Sunday) 2ndly on a Saturday nite there is a nightclub/ restaurant attached to the hotel which results in NO available parking for hotel guests :(

The front desk corridor was VERY clean, smelled brightly fresh and elegant decor.

The rooms didn't have much of a sound barrier and I could hear noises from the occupants late into the night which disrupted my sleep. As well, I was there for 4 nights and housekeeping never came to the room once.

Hotel was nice and I enjoyed the outdoor pool and courtyard. I also liked having the restaurant on the premises for eating.. overall it was a lovely hotel and I would stay there again.
