We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The front desk person was amazing. Our TV didn't work and she personally came to the room within minutes to fix it. Very friendly and accommodating and extremely comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to stay again.

United States of AmericaOh boy. First of all it just about impossible to find the hotel. Construction..lack of any signs. The only way to get there is a dark parking lot from another building. They couldn't find our reservation..had to wait 30 minutes to just check in. The moment you step off the elevator from the lobby to the second floor where we stayed, you were in for a disappointment. The carpet looks newer..but it's dirty. The walls are freshly painted..but not very professionally. Ceiling is a mess of water leaks, past and present. Paint is bubbling on the ceiling and I saw mold. When we got to our room. The door looked like it was broken into...it was bashed in below the door lock. It was pretty disconcerting. The room smelled faintly like cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky. There was damaged and missing paint in the bathroom from a water leak. The sink would not drain. There was a weird yellow stain on the counter. The hotel was nice outside and in the lobby. But the elevator door opened to a mess. Again people that work there are very nice..but it does downhill quickly.
The staff was very friendly. The bed was pretty comfortable. The exterior of the building looked new. The lobby was nice.

I ve never seen a motel that didn t provide any info to it s customers

My room was phenomenally comfy and clean and I enjoyed my one night stay. I definitely am going to book more nights at this Clarion as this was a very good value. The breakfast was a bonus for me as I didn't expect to have it for me in the AM.

United States of AmericaWhere do I began! First I noticed small pieces of food on the floor by the AC unit. There were stains a towel and on the wall, that was very visible. Safe to say housekeeping need to do a better job! Second it took at least 5 mins for the water in the shower to get hot and even than it was not very hot, not even to make the bathroom area steamy. The elevator was broke. For this to be a fairly new renovated hotel, it needs a lot of upgrades. Will I stay here again? I will not! The food on the floor and the stains on the walls and towel just made the whole room feel nasty and who wants to stay at a nasty hotel.
I came into town to attend the State fair and this hotel was 17mins from the location. The beds were very comfy. The location is the great, there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Also I was able to sign into my Netflix on the TV. Wifi was very easy, there was no password required.
