Could not get on internet with phone 😥 nor couldn’t make a phone call inside the building!

The front desk staff. When we first arrived, the guy just wandered out and I actually had to speak to him first which was odd. He was supposed to welcome me...not me welcome him... Also there was an overpowering smell of someone smoking weed on our floor 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. I emailed management and they said they investigated and found nothing.....and then I smelled it again that night. There was no mistaking it.... maybe it was them doing it. Who knows.

The room was nice and the location was very convenient for where we were going.

The staff was nice but not super helpful. Just average and it's the only hotel I been to that family or friends can stay and hang out while someone is working the front desk.

The beds were comfy, loved that it was right at a light and a Flapjacks next door. That made it so much easier since it was just us girls traveling.

The only negative was the tv reception. The internet is super slow so it was difficult to get any programs to come up.

I cleaned the room upon arrival, which I typically do anywhere i stay. Property is dated! Smelled like burning wires everytime you walk in the lobby. Floor we stayed on mustve flooded because they had a fan out to help dry the area. It smelled bad. They sprayed a fruit spray or something to try and mask the smell. Our room was ok but it was hair in the sink area and hair in one of the towels and not to mention A ROACH in the shower when we returned from a full day out. The room next door had a dog that whimpered a bit some nights but it wasnt bad.

One of the employees must have not liked dogs because mine got out of her leash and I was afraid she was going to run outside, but instead she ran up to one of the employees and I told her to grab her and she just looked at her and turned away. We were going to stay 1 more night but since it was going to be a Saturday night. It was going to be $300 for 1 night and we paid $549 for 5 nights. You all should do something for guests that have already stayed all week have a special for 1 more night.

Elevator buttons were not very responsive, might be aging. Less towels in the room than one night expect, and less TP than usual. I'm sure the front desk would help with both if asked, just meant we had to keep an eye on things.

Nice selection at breakfast (at no extra charge), room had all we needed to crash for the night and wake up ready for another busy tourism day. Place was quiet on the whole, no noise complaints.

There was a parking lot light that was so bright even with the curtain shut it was still light enough to walk around anywhere in the room hard to sleep with so much light

It was pretty good but not the best I've ever had could have used a couple more meats.

Very professional and friendly staff. Location was perfect - near shopping and restaurants- yet, far enough from the heavy Parkway traffic (during Rod Run weekend) to make our visit to the Smokies enjoyable with less traffic.

One morning housekeeping came by a little early (9:15). I told them it would be a while. We left at 10:30 and when we got back at 4:00pm our room wasn't cleaned.

Food was great for breakfast. The staff constantly cleaned the area while I was eating. I even tipped one young man the morning I eat breakfast. It didn't hurt that the Pancake House is right beside the motel. We will stay again
