The pool was closed down. And the noise ( cars, motorcycles, trucks) all hours. 1/2 inch gap in the door. And the AC unit make very loud noises.

There is a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, so a lot of sidewalks are blocked off. The beds were extremely uncomfortable 😐 😕. The beds seem to have a really bad dip in the middle. I had a spine surgery so it was flaring my pain levels more than normal. My husband had a back surgery and it was also flaring up his back. The irons had black stuff coming out of it. It looks as though it was on fire or something, so don't use the iron. It almost mess up my family's wedding outfits. There was also a hole in the door of the bathroom and there were burn marks on the bed skirts.

The staff was exceptionally nice. They even allowed us to check in early. My husband, who is a disabled veteran who travels with a service dog, was extremely happy with how accessible everything was to get around, especially with the service dog. The beach is literally walking distance from the room. Everything is so close to the room. The size of the room was great because we were also traveling with our two children. The cleaning lady (I didn't get a chance to get her name) was awesome. If she had it or could help with something, she did it without complaints. The sunset from the beach made all the negative well worth it.

The website was not honest on rooms that you booked. Showed same photos for every room. My son booked at same hotel and his room was way different then mine

The pool that was on the bay was put under construction during our stay which was upsetting since it was the pool next to our room and the pool on the bay. It would’ve been nice to know. Room was a little small but we could’ve cared less (we’re both 21 and a couple) - it was great for the price and location. Ac was awesome the room stayed cooled. It was a little loud. The water pressure was not the best but it did the job!!

Room was perfect location- staff was awesome, view was amazing we walked out and we were at the bay. Pool was great and kept clean. Everything was walkable- all the fun bars and nice restaurants were right there. It had 2 pools but one was getting worked on the second day.

It started off rocky. The front desk desk guy name Tom. Told me there was no rooms ready. So as I walk off the next lady who came in. Got her check rite in. Lucky my husband had saw what he did. But the nice lady who also was working there had just got in and got us checked in after TOM told me and family there were no clean rooms. But after that everything was good. Also have to pay for parking. $10 a day. this would be the first place where I had to pay for parking and a place to sleep.

Nice size room. Great location. There was one lady who was so nice and patient with us. Two pools to choose from. The beach and restarants are close by.

The parking lot is very small, and Parking was an additional fee even for us as guest. Other then that we did not have any other issues

The hotel was clean , also central located to the beach and shops and food . The Staff was friendly and responsive to questions and any concerns . The A/C quit working in our room a the staff was great to find us another room.

The room was satifactory for the rate that was paid, location was great for our activity. The night staff was wonderful very helpful with a disabled family member. He provided us with names of places to order food, as our flight arrived past 11pm .

Location is great, it has character and I considered it to be a great and spacious room overlooking the pool. No way you’ll find a room like that in modern hotels.

I didn't like the family that was LIVING at the end down stairs by the pool. They had trash and food everywhere outside of their door blocking the walk path. And she was swimming and smoking in the pool she dumped her ashtray inside of the water and just left it there.

The location was excellent - everything you need is within walking distance. The pools were clean. The room was plenty big and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Rooms were not very clean. Definitely could’ve just had a little more effort put into them. And the price per night didn’t match the luxuriousness of the room. But you’re really paying for the location I guess.

Other than the bed being like sleeping on a slab of cement. All else went well.

Everything was fine and good enough.

What breakfast? Location was good. Well lighted. It was overall efficient for what we needed. Priced a bit high for what is offered, but that is due to location more so.
