The rooms were very small and very hot. With 4 people we could barely walk in our room and it was humid in there since the temp would not go under 72.

It was in a very convenient location and the staff was super nice.

The food was nasty, the drinks are over priced. They don’t have a refrigerator nor a microwave to store food or even warm up food. No ice machine on the floor and the beds are way too small to fit 2 ppl.

I liked that it was walking distance to many restaurants and the beach.

Staff was 50/50. Half the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming the other half didn’t even look up from their phones to acknowledge you were present. Same with housekeeping, some days they came others they forgot. The attached restaurant was very overpriced compared to what you got for the same price at neighboring restaurants not to mention the servers were horrible. The bussers were basically serving as the servers all hung out in the server station and walked a lap every 45 minutes.

Location was great! Extremely walkable to everything around South Beach. We have visited many hotels around South Beach and these have been the best beds by far!

The room itself was a little hot albeit our AC tried its hardest; we had an ocean front room so the sun beat directly on our window all day. The shades were helpful; but if we closed them we were essentially sitting in a tiny dark room with no view. The bathroom situation was also a bit weird. Toilet directly in front of a sliding door that did have gaps. Luckily we’re comfortable with each other!

We loved the location and the front desk staff were great - especially Michelle.

There were only two things that I didn't like. First, my vehicle was unable to be Valeted. It was apparently too high, so I needed to park off-site. Secondly, there was a resort fee added to price of the stay. It seems that should have been addressed by booking. So all in all, I had to pay an addition almost 300.00 for parking and fee's.

Great location, and the staff was awesome! Convenience and location to the beach is second to none. Access to food and shopping is good as well.

My room didn’t have a/c for two days, think it’s overpriced rooms needed to be modernized. Elevators move extremely slow.

Joel and Christian were phenomenal managers, some of the other staff need better customer service skills, and learn how to be upfront with customers and not lie.

Air conditioning could be cooler

Great location! You don’t have to leave the building to have a good time. If you get an ocean front room you won’t really hear any music per say. The room had some plumbing issues but they were addressed. The building is historic so you expect some hiccups. Overall good experience

Didn’t realize the noisiest hotel in Miami. Music plays until 4 am. Mostly bass is what you hear in your room. Thought it had a rooftop pool which it did not, just lounging area. Main pool closes at 6pm which was too early we felt. Staff at front desk were v nice though.

our room was dirty, the towels were filthy, both bed comforters had stains. They placed us next to the pool side (party side) without informing us that it was going to be loud. after a long day of traveling I finally called And they moved us. and told us that the party would be going on until 2-3 am. it’s a Sunday!!! are you kidding me!!

the rooms with 2 beds always tiny no room for suitcases the bathroom was so tiny could dry yourself or do makeup properly had to keep curtains closed as hotel next door windows look in and people walking past for the money would have expected the rooms to be roomy and bathroom bigger

The property was worn down and tired. They advertise their accommodations as sleek. I would say the rooms are sparsely furnished with a bed and one small chair. The furniture is of medium grade quality and not very comfortable.
