We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe Lodge is actually the original casino and the rooms are quite old and in need of remodeling. Apparently, the planning for that is underway and the staff tell me the new Lodge rooms will be amazing. I hope so, because they are currently stuck in the 70s. Very few wall outlets and those were worn out and my plug would not stay in it. The remote for the tv didn't work. There was no little frig or microwave (none listed in the listing) but I guess I've gotten used to those. The tiny coffee maker and coffee/tea, etc. was minimal at best and not renewed for my second night. So no coffee on day 2. be sure to ask or pick up additional coffee if you want more on subsequent days.
The location was exactly what I wanted, and the casino itself is wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed didn't look comfortable when I walked in, but it turned out to be very comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the hair dryer was top notch.

United States of AmericaThe room was not very clean in my opinion. The door looked like somebody had tried to kick it in. And there was a few beer cans and cigarette butts on the back patio. And after talking to booking.com and the staff at the hotel to try to resolve this matter. I was offered to pay double to be moved to a different room. Which I declined, because I did not see a reason to pay double for one night,
The staff at the at the buffet was really nice.

United States of AmericaThe hotel accommodated us in the Lodge section, which pets are allowed and I was charge $50.00 on my credit card for our very small pet..but the carpet already had pet stains, dog hair on the floor, my white sock was brown n full of dog hair, the patio had dog pee/smell. I believe I shouldn't have been charge for the fee $50.00, which I haven't received back on my card today 2/16/2023 also the area needs more street lights, and handicapped parking, it was dark, and needs an elevator, the stairway is in the dark corner, we are elderly senior 69+ had to carry our luggage up the stairway.. I've stay there for years when I travel South, it was a perfect hotel but it sure downgraded.. since. I don't know if I will stay there in my future travels..

Photos on website were not same accommodations. must be from another place. no communication with management as the phone in room didn’t work

United States of AmericaWe didn't get clean towels or even extra towels even though it was requested. My husband got bit by something. Not enough outlets and the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors talking. Didn't get another roll of tissue we had to ration what was in the room.

United States of AmericaThe front desk was closed so you had to check-in at the casino. The parking lot was extremely dark and I could barely see the numbers on the doors. The HVAC sounded like there was something broken in it. The sink water sprayed all over the counter. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Check-out is at 11 yet someone was knocking on the door at 9:15. The power turned off shortly after. The WiFi never came back on.
