The property is very nice and spacious on the inside and you get your own dedicated room .

There’s a lack of ventilation in the room but it’s no big deal as weather was kinda cooling during our visit. However, the rooms may require some hooks or hangers for clothes & towels.

It’s very near to downtown Baltimore approximately 10 minutes drive. Though the exterior may be deceiving but I can testify the interior is clean, well maintained and sufficiently comfy. There’s free washing machine and dryer to use which is a BIG bonus for us! Note - there’s 3 separate rooms with one master bedroom with attached toilet we’ve been told. The other 2 rooms are not attached with a bathroom and will be shared. No biggie if you’re a family staying together.

Ideally there should be a desk in the room. Otherwise it was great.

Each room is has its own sign in keypad with personalized code. The place was pretty private and super quiet.

The room is not too big but very comfortable, as is the bed. Shared bathroom very clean. Very good value for money. I did not stay long enough to comment on the neighborhood situation, but it was quiet during the day. The host is very kind.

The only problem was location. There was no public transport or dining places close by. The location was in a rundown area in Baltimore and could be uncomfortable moving around at night.

The inside of building was spacious and comfortable. The ensor team even allowed me to have late checkout. There was an initial misunderstanding in room allocation and using the wrong code but was rectified over a phone cal. A suggestion is to have a Whatsapp number esp for iternational visitors. The team was pleasant and professional. The facilities are new and well kept after.

The price was unbeatable and the stay was great. We were initially concerned about the area due to previous reviews, but we felt totally safe during our stay. The neighborhood is much improved from the google street view. And the interactions with the neighbors were pleasant.

At 5 PM, there was a group of people openly smoking a crack pipe... We parked outside and rang the bell, and a very strange person who was not the host opened the door and then wandered outside leaving the door unlocked. As we went back out to get luggage, someone from their car window yelled at us that we couldn't park out front, even though this is listed on the property listing... the same man told us to watch out around here. There is no way for the life of me that we wouldn't park anywhere but directly outside the place. The inside was undoubtedly nicely furnished, but there's a reason why they don't post an external facade. We immediately wrote to the host, and two messages to Booking.com customer service and I didn't receive a reply until the next morning, when the host cancelled the appointment, I was fully charged, and customer service just told us we will have to pay because we never showed up at the property, even though we were there for a half hour.

Honestly we were too concerned to even stay the night. The street is all abandoned houses, no bus or public transport comes through, no active street lights, and no open businesses nearby. No positive comments especially considering how the owner treated us afterwards.

Overall the inside of the property was very nice the house is very clean the room is very nice and large and also the appliances but but the outside of the property was very poor it wasn't just outside of the property I had to call the police for the property to come out to the property because someone was trying to get into the property don't know what goes on inside of the home when no one is there or no one is some help others around but whatever was going on inside of the home it was not something that I'm used to when living in the Airbnb but overall the Airbnb in the inside was very nice won't be able to stay again did the people

The location is in a very bad neighborhood. The outside is unfamiliar and everything in pin code locked because the neighborhood is that dangerous. Did not like that I was sharing the place with other people because it did not feel safe.
