The continental breakfast was a joke, worse ever. Could at least have some fruit, Bagels, English Muffins, Oatmeal Packs. Don't advertise free breakfast with what is currently put out, not even a descent continental breakfast.

Convenient location close to Fwy's. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable.

The toilet paper dispenser was broken and the coffee maker had crusted up cookie stuck to it-that someone just put a cup on the top to cover it up. The breakfast was okay-but even though it was light-many things they were supposed to have were not there-like 2 kinds of juices but only one worked, 2 cereals but only one was filled, then there were no spoons-with a post-it saying no spoons so you had to eat your cereal with a fork. They also said there would be toast, muffins, yogurts-but had non of these. It was a little disappointing-I wished I would have just got another cheaper hotel that didn't have breakfast included advertised and ate someone on my own.

The large jacuzzi tub, though you have to pay extra for it. Bed was comfortable.

Never cleaned my room! Was there for 2 days. Rooms need updated and smelled a lot of marajuana when you walked by the pool area and the front desk.

Rooms old, not finished, a lot of noise above us.

We reserved a room quickly. The lady at the front desk had a good sense of humor, despite a lot of disgruntled guests.

The staff was not very good at not giving out my personal information over the phone to someone who claimed to be my spouse. She called and told them that she was my wife and they instantly told her that I had a woman in my room that was not her.

Rooms need paint on the ceilings. Towels have brown stains and the shower curtain is very old and stained. Everything was clean and the bed was made nice. My humble opinion is a lot of money is being left on the table due to simple fixes needing to be dealt with. The days of wofting cigarette smoke down the hallways and obviously people with nothing better to do than sit in front of a business establishment are over. I would not be happy if this was my money invested. This hotel has too many good points to be managed this way.

Breakfast was good, staff was good except for smoking and talking right outside the front door. This is unsettling and detracts from a good business atmosphere. No one wants to feel like they are walking into the “hood” with cigarette smoke smell filling the hallways. Unless that is the customer base your catering too. Nothing wrong with smoking or talking on your speaker phone jjust not right at the entranceway

breakfast was nothing more than quick service. cigarette butts are by the hundreds in the parking lot and around front entrance. employees smoke by the door. the lobby was not clean or tidy.

Check in was quick and easy. Employees were pleasant to interact with.

Beds looked like someone had slept in them prior to our check in. There were black hairs on the pulled down sheets. Shower curtain bottom had visible mold. Room smelled bad. Guest laundry room smelled horrible; the garbage was overflowing onto the floor, and the flies were disgusting.

It advertised a hot breakfast which is the only reason I chose this hotel. The only thing hot was waffles. The rest was pastries & cereal. we had to go out for breakfast. Also the hallway where our room was smelled like pee.

Maintenance issues toilet broken and metal doors hung incorrectly, wouldnt close without slamming. sheets stained with blood

Hallway carpet was dirty especially around elevator door. Lots of little pieces of junk laying there. And this morning the elevator smelled strongly of urine small puddle on floor When I see stuff like that it makes me wonder if there’s bed bugs, or how clean our room actually is

Breakfast was terrible. A few limp pieces of toast. No hard boiled eggs. Not a true continental. Selection was very slim. Juices in machine were clearly watered down. Very cheap. Glad we only had to stay one night. Won't stay at Baymont again.
