Our original confirmation, provided a different address for our stay. We contacted the manager on file and was told, we were at the wrong location. Once we were provided the correct address, we were ok, but tired after a long drive. The apartment was not ADA compliant. The doors were difficult to open. There were no instructions on how to use the TV but we figured it out. The banister (inside) was loose, thus making it somewhat challenging to hold on to them while walking up or down the stairs. One of the ladies in our group of three, had a broken ankle so she had more difficulties with the stairs to climb. The water pressure in the shower heads was low. All in all, it fit our needs for the four days we were there.

The accommodations were fine. Street traffic was chaotic, but that's through no fault of the Property Manager. The apartment was clean.

The lounge was a little tired and not very comfortable but we really didn’t spend enough time jn the lounge area for it to bother us. - Too busy pit exploring LA.

Loved the space/size of the apartment and having 2 and half bathrooms was excellent for our family of 4. The parking space (even though we had to pay extra) at the property was fantastic. A really big bay and easy to get in and out of. We liked its close vicinity to a few good coffee shops and Wholefoods.

The location was fine. The booking was not easy but it worked out. The apartment was decent and easy to access. The furnishings were nice. Plenty of room in the apartment.

We would have liked two keys so we could access the pool and gym independently as family members. The area wasn’t that safe at night. There weren’t that many restaurants near by or larger supermarket to buy food (there was a 7/11) one of the beds was broken and the slats taped together underneath so it dipped and wasn’t that comfortable

We liked the apartment and the pool gym and games room. The view was good. The bed linen and towels were good. There was tea and coffee. The Tv was good. We could walk to sunset boulevard for our tour

The bed in the main bedroom wasn't comfortable for two people - too soft for our taste and didn't seem very sturdy. It's the only negative point though

There was no elevator (luckily the property is only 2 stories). The tubs could use a deep cleaning.

The property is in a great, walkable location. Vlad was very accommodating and responsive. The unit was well stocked with dishes, linens, towels, etc. it also had a washer and dryer.

Couch was old and smelled like flagrants. Bathrooms felt a bit dated. Hallway going to apartment had a smell. No cheese grater included in kitchenware.

Excellent location, close to sunset blvd and Santa Monica. Spacious apartment, excellent bed quality, fully furnished kitchen. Kitchen appliances were new and working great. Enough ustencils and cooking pots. Gas stove great for cooking.

Not same building as original search result & booking. Somehow got changed from a very new building at 7300 block Santa Monica to 40+ yr old building on Fairfax.

Good location in Hollywood, area is residential & safer than most parts of LA.

The only thing there’s no elevator and taking all you’re things up the stairs it’s a BITCH!!! Just be prepare everything else was great😂😊
