Hotel was a little dated, but heard that they will be slowly reaching Hilton standards. No more auper low prices, but with that location, it will be amazing.

Loved the location and staff (really good, and take pride in their work - Zach the night staff and the young female breakfast worker). Best value ever!

Our room was double booked, another family had a key to our room. Luckily we were in the room and they heard us and knocked instead of entering. We had dogs with us that barked alerting the family to not enter. My other disappointment was that the hot tub was closed.

Breakfast was good, room and hotel was clean, view was good. Ate dinner at Ice Harbor and was allowed to have my dogs with me on the patio. It was nice to have a restraunt conveniently located!

While 'most everything was clean, the odd corner had a cobweb or two. Property is a bit out of the way with limited dining options nearby (Only two restaurants on the island)

Dana at the desk was wonderful! She was pleasant, sweet, helpful and professional. Room was comfortable and very quiet. We felt very safe with the plethora of Police Officers staying there on a course, LOL. (As a retired LEO boss, watching the young lads training provided great entertainment!) Website didn't indicate that breakfast was provided, but it was, a very happy surprise! The young lady managing the breakfast was equally nice, responsive, and professional. Area around hotel was great for an evening walk.

I’m a paralyzed Navy veteran. My room was not accessible. The bathroom was next to impossible to get into. The restaurant hours were not great. We would have loved to be able to had a dinner there. Not having any type of small little store, like most hotels do, that sell drinks, snacks, toiletries people may have forgotten, etc would have made our stay much nicer. Only having vending machines with limited choices was disappointing. It would be different if there was a small store next door… but we needed to leave the island to get those types of items. We had to use DoorDash to get dinner.

The bed was a rock. The heating/cooling system ran all the time. Dried out my sinuses and gave my boyfriend a sore throat.

Water front and accompanying to my fur babies. Breakfast was a nice addition to the long drive that day.

Our only frustration was that the pet area was very messy. Yes, that is the responsibility of the pet owners, but unfortunately, staff might need to check the area daily

People in the next room left their dog in their room, unattended, at 7:00am and it barked the entire time they were away. This happened both days we were there, and after calling the front desk - on day 1 - they said they’d see what could be done. We didn’t hear back, but the same thing happened on day 2 so guess no action was taken. Upon checking-out, we were informed that dogs are not supposed to be in that area of the hotel and that we should have been moved to another room.

Very dated, but I understand they are working on it. We were on the first floor and it was OK. Most important part was that the rooms were clean. We will opt for new rooms on the higher floors next time.

We thought all the rooms were remodeled. The first room we had on first floor smelt of old smoke. So they gave us second floor room which was way better. Just wished we would have known it was only 3rd and 4th floors that were updated.

The heating unit in our room did not seem to work.

In the early morning we walked the perimeter path. The interpretive sing s and sculptures were a wonderful bonus to the sights and sounds of the Columbia River. The breakfast was very good.

The lady serving breakfast was quite rude and short with me. I still enjoyed my stay. I didn't have high expectations in the first place.
