Staff that greet you at the front desk could of been a bit cheerier and nicer. Especially when we checked out. I said good morning and she replied with a frown.

My room didn't have the river view. However, for the price, I got a good deal and it's understandable that the budget rooms would be the ones facing the other way. It was easy just to walk out to the patio and get the riverfront experience.

The location is superb. The riverfront patio was a great place to enjoy the scene. The front desk staff were excellent in the middle of a check-in rush that filled half the lobby: friendly, efficient, welcoming.

The hotels towels were rough like sand paper. Which I could have dealt with if not for the fact that they smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. They literally need to throw all of their shower linens away and get new and better ones in addition to new washing machines for the hotel. Otherwise the new thing will also reek because of the old machines. . Needless to say I will be bringing my own bath linens from now on whenever I book through booking.com

The room smelled like someone’s body spray or lotion and I couldn’t stay the entire night. I ended up just leaving the hotel room with out sleeping.

Windows were pretty dirty - outside...cobwebs, bird feathers, spiders.. Couldn't find couple cable channels. Said signals were weak. Listings on room TV card were incorrect. Breakfast was terrible, I'm sorry to report. Scrambled Eggs were so over cooked they were tough. That was disappointing.

Room was clean. Great ground floor view toward river. The bridge nearby was lit up and beautiful at night. Good pub across the street.

Hands down the views!!! Surrounded by water; peaceful and quiet. The room was older, but a good size. 24 hr coffee in the lobby. A beautiful deck and alot of seating outside.

Staff was very welcoming and considerate. The bar and restaurant was comfortable and convient. Food was good and bartender was first rate! Love the location and that it is not a chain operation. Room was adequate but, renovations are in process and I look forward to returning and seeing room improvements.

The hotel is older. Rooms and bedclothes need updating, but everything worked.

The location is what attracted us to this hotel. It is right on the Columbia River's edge, with easy access to walking/bicycling paths along the river. We had a nice supper at the hotel's restaurant "The Crow's Nest" and the breakfast offerings were abundant and diverse. Staff were great.

The room furnishings need to be updated — the dresser was missing most of its drawer pulls — but it was clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful location, and the complementary airport transportation made it very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!
