Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was very big and comfortable it had a little musty smell we had to get some spray to cut the smell but it was a good stay.

Somewhat overpriced, in my opinion, for the quality of the room. Having said this, it's fine if you are only staying a few nights.
Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable.

The gym facilities are very outdated and the all in one weight machine was very rickety and falling apart. It also says 18 and over and young kids were in there while we worked out and nobody said anything even though there are cameras in there. They did not offer towels like all of the other hotel gyms we stayed at nor hand sanitizer wipes for equipment cleanup. I also had to wipe down the inside of the dryer myself with Clorox wipes before we could finish washing/drying our clothes because it had dry chocolate all along the inside of it. It was gross. So those should be inspected/cleaned everyday. The smell of the whole place wasn’t great (mostly the hallways and gym room), people are obviously smoking in their rooms. It could be quite skunky at times. And please find a new egg product for breakfast. The one that they use is gross and I love scrambled eggs.
The room was great. Newly updated and the bed was comfortable. I really like that it came stocked with bath and body works (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion) along with a black makeup towel that included a hair cap and a sealed makeup remover cloth. It is centrally located from everything that we needed and was only a 10-15 minute car ride to downtown Nash. The free drinks were the best and the male bartender (can’t remember his name) was awesome and so nice, the female bartender was not as friendly but still did a good job. Angie was very accommodating and was able to get us an early check-in when we arrived. We also loved the free breakfast every morning, lots of choices but they do keep the same menu daily.

While included breakfast buffet was tasty, the menu was the exact same every day of our 4 day stay. Perhaps a variety of egg offerings on differing days? Could have also used two waffle makers as we had to wait 15 minutes one morning to make our waffle.
Convenient location for exploring metro Nashville area. Older facility but maintained well.

First floor room near pool and there was music playing all night softly by pool. It bothered my sleep. I complained at front desk and they said that yes that is always true but she would tell general management.

It was our stop for the next leg of our long drive, would have been great if other guest know that @10:30, children should not be running around screaming and doors banging.. perhaps considerhaving a quite time?
Check in was fast and staff is efficient. Clean overall and beds were comfortable. There’s something for everyone at breakfast and it was served hot.

The location I did not like. Parking was uncomfortable. The bed was too firm of me to relax in, I have joint issues and am handicap. The bed was too high up off the floor for me to get in.

Parking a little hard and tight squeeze, but the gated entrance was nice.
