The dryer didn't work, so that was disappointing when we needed it. The water in the showers rapidly switched between scalding hot and freezing cold - it was always a stressful experience!

It was a quick drive to some really nice places.

The place is multi-tiered, with the bedrooms on the level below the living room, so there are more stairs than we anticipated. The wifi was a little spotty but usually fine. We would have liked to have more cutlery plates and glasses in the kitchen than the bare minimum there is.

The location is great for traveling around the lake, close to Sand Harbor and other beautiful spots. Checking in was very smooth, and we had a parking spot next to the room, even though we arrived quite late.

Nothing related to the hotel really. When driving back from Lake Tahoe Palisades at night in the winter, there are pedestrians walking on the road (pedestrian lanes are not always there). Need to be extra careful.

Really decent room sizes and layout. Pool table is free. Nice restaurants around the neighbourhood.

No lake or mountain views, it is like a forest camp ground. Clubhouse is detached and far. No room/bed makeovrs, change of bed sheets, towels or supplies service due to Covid (?), need to go to clubhouse to pick up supplies.

It can be very dry in the house. The small restroom is small and you will not have much space during showering.

The house is large with all the facilities you need to stay. We stayed here for Two days. There are two bedrooms, one large bathroom and one small shower restroom downstairs. There also Two single bed upstairs. The small kitchen can be used for preparing your breakfast. The location is close to the Mt. rose skiing resort which is great.It is also close to all the restaurants and stores, I.e. 7 eleven. You can also have fun in the club house. Staffs are kinds and helpful.

The location and facilities were wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me locate a lost wallet. Even though we didn't find it, they were very accommodating.

An excellent facility, which is close to town restaurants and major suoermarket. We might have walked to these, however, we were warned about bear activity, which happens throughout Incline Village, so we drove! The condo was excellent with beds for six although we were only two. It had all home facilities and was very clean. Value was also good.

Only negative was the 10am checkout time. You don't get any amazing views from the place but your close enough to the lake and other scenic points that you won't mind for the value.

Amazing for the price. I could not believe the size of the place. We only regretted not inviting more people to stay with us. Hard to beat 2 bedrooms with Queens and a loft with 2 twins for the price we payed. Living area was great as well with a good sized kitchen and dining area and comfy sofa with TV and fire place which had some logs provided.

We stayed for 4 days and there was no housekeeping provided to clean the accommodation or replace towels. There was an envelope left in the room for tip for the cleaner who never came during our stay. When I mentioned this to the front desk at check out, they told me that I did get a clean apartment at check in, isn’t that a standard policy? That a guest should get clean accommodation at check in?

We were pleased with the unit. The only thing that was difficult for us was the stairs to get to the bedrooms/ bathrooms and then back up to the living area.

There was no breakfast, if there was we did not know.

Would prefer bedrooms/bathrooms of equal size, but for the price and the privacy still provided by separate bedrooms/bathrooms it was fine and worked out nicely without any major discomfort. I believe there is no cooling, only heating in the condos, but for mid to late September it was perfect. Might be different story in summer.

Stayed here for a week with a friend to work remotely and enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe. This place met all our expectations and price wise was one of the best reasonable choices. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (not equal size - one bedroom/bathroom is much bigger than another, but worked for us), living/dining room, kitchen, balcony. There is heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pool tables, bar and some occasional entertainment on the grounds. Grocery store and multiple restaurants are just 2 minutes away by car or walkable distance (in the dark time of the day walking might not be the best due to dense bear population). This accommodation worked perfectly for our needs. Would definitely stay here again with the group of friends or family. For couples there might be some more romantic options available in the area. Location was great for our needs - any point of interest around the lake was reachable within 1 hour driving.

The location was great. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit had a lot of space. It is a little dated but overall it was a great place to stay. I liked North Tahoe better then South Lake Tahoe.

We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable our accomodations were. We used the washer/dryer which was small, but adequate. I didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It was great having the coffee pot and supplies.
