We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI emailed them with a special request. Al as o included the time of arrival as they requested. Told them in special request that we would arrive after 3 which is regular checking time and that we needed a pet friendly room. They replied back that they got my request and that there would be no additional charge. When I arrived at 4 pm they told me the charge for the pet was $35 which I consider unreasonable for a pet. When I showed them their reply th as t there would be no charge the clerk said that was for checking in after 3 which was not the special request. This ruined my opinion of the motel. They said they offered breakfast which was only cereal, or muffins in packages and coffee. Very poor breakfast. Coffee maker was in room but no cups.

United States of AmericaThe outside of this hotel had me trying to remember what I saw when I booked..... but when I walked in the lobby to check in, all that faded away. The owner/manager was extremely welcoming and friendly, and the lobby was extremely clean, and they had awards on the wall for their facilities! My room was very clean and comfortable. I LOVED the added touch of water bottles and a trail mix snack! Breakfast was simple but filling; coffee and cereal and muffins and yogurt. I did not leave hungry. I'll book this hotel in the future. This place is definitely worth its price, just remember to not judge a book by its cover!

United States of AmericaThe price cannot be beat. My husband had to go to MD Anderson for treatment. I was traveling with him but stayed at the hotel for a work conference call. We were able to checkout 1.5 hours late with no issue. The unit was clean. It had a large fridge which was nice. The only thing it needed was hangers but we had are own. We will definitely stay here again.
