Only had a soda vending machine but no snack vending machine. Ice machine was too far away from our room. A used towel was left on back of Bathroom door. Coffee machine didn't work too well plus the pot wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The older lady front desk worker there on the Saturday evening I arrived was not very friendly at all. This lady was really reluctant to give me a couple of extra blankets. The Hispanic lady that took over for her was much more helpful and friendly.

Room was huge bigger than your average Motel or Hotel. Beds were very comfortable with lots of comfortable pillows. Nice floors without wall to wall carpeting but probably some kind of vinyl plank. The room was appointed like a much fancier hotel. Full size microwave & a Fridge that has a freezer that actually freezes. The big counter space under the microwave suspended on wall similar to an actual kitchen allows you have a hot plate if you wanted to save money and cook your own meals. Huge bathroom. Orange and blue wall were a little weird but actually were pretty nice. Location was only 1/2 mile away from beach. Overall the room was much nicer than I had anticipated.

The room is a bit cold. Even though we adjusted the thermostat the temperature didn't change. The bathtub is clugging up, when taking a show the water doesn't very slow.

The TV didn't work (seemed to be damaged) but reception said it was too late to call maintenance which was understandable. She offered to move us to another room but we chose to stay where we were. The parking lot was odd - you had to back out all the way to the street which wasn't ideal.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice.

One thing that was very disappointing is room service knocking on my door bright and early. I’m sorry but WHY it was an hour and a half till check out time and my partner was still asleep and he has medical problems and it was very alarming, not only that room service was playing there music very loud and being very loud next door.

Very plain room with no art on the walls. Bed was hugh but hard as a rock (the floor would have been softer). Toilet really low and very difficult to get on and off of (not recommened for elderly or people with bending problems) Wind howled and whistled around the back door all night from lack of proper weather stripping probably. Downstairs people's dog barked all afternoon.

Easy 5 minute walk to downtown. Nice balcony/porch overlooking the river. Very friendly staff had my room ready 2 hours early.

No extra locks on door made for a tough night of sleep for a female traveling alone. Color scheme was a bit much. A little too overwhelming and not well coordinated with walls and furniture. Location of spa controls is inconvenient. No blinds on windows. and the curtain was not big enough to cover everything. No extra pillows of blankets in the room.

The bed was very comfy room and the room was spacious and new. Staff was very friendly and kind. Pillows were lovely and not all floppy and over used. Loved the floors.

The hair dryer caught fire when I turned it on and the soap and shampoo in the shower were not labeled. There was no hair conditioner.

When the neighbors showered it sounded like Niagara falls in our room. It was SO LOUD. I would not choose that room again. The walls shook and the sound was deafening.

We have stayed at this property three years in a row and have had good experiences. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good for us. We can walk to the downtown area and the convention center easily. The parking lot in the back has plenty of room.

The quality of the bed in our room left something to be desired. It was overly soft and had a sinking feeling, which didn't align with my personal preference.

The check-in experience was great, with the front desk staff being both helpful and efficient. The hotel's location is good, especially with its close proximity to Cannon Beach, which we found to be very convenient.

Floors were strangely soft, and every step you took, no matter how lightly, shook the room. Only one ice machine which was in a different wing!

Didn't want to open the curtains due to the proximity of the neighboring private property. No issues, but didn't want the possibility of being watched.

The only problem was towels. If you need extra towels make sure to take your own! Other than that the stay was great!!

We were able to check in early, which was a life saver! Our dog was welcome with no extra charge! The staff was great as well!

The downside was that there was supposed to be internt/wifi but we were told the internet went out and we had none while we were there.

I loved the Suite facing the river. The room was bigger than expected and was very comfortable. It was close to downtown. Debbie at the desk was so helpful when we arrived with helping get us settled in even though we arrived pretty late driving from Portland. Definitely would recommend staying here.
