Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The "breakfast" wasn't really that great or worth the money. The restaurant was closed, which I wasn't alerted about before the stay.
The hotel was nice. The pool was really nice and the shining feature of this facility! The elevators were pretty cool as well because you could see through them as you got higher up in the floors. Rooms and beds were really comfortable.

Restaurant was not open. This may be the reason for the next review comments. Breakfast was served in the lobby not really suitable to eat breakfast as you had to eat it on your knee. It was a continental breakfast which is fine but most things needed to be heated in the microwave as they were frozen. No fruit or bread on offer. Not sure if this is a thing in the US but I hate paper plates and bowls!! Plus ants all around the coffee station. Only yogart and boiled eggs for the GF guests.
Location is great, rooms are a good size. Pool and Jacuzzis were great and a good temperature. Staff were really helpful and informative of the area. Rooms we clean and warm.

Like most Hotels on the Main Street of Wenatchee it wasn’t the level of quiet we would prefer; but it was bearable. Please note we are more rural where we live.

The free continental breakfast is the same basic fare you would expect, but there is not really a good space in the lobby to sit and eat, and it can be chaotic with all the other guests. The building is older and the rooms show the wear of time. We were a bit surprised there is no vent/fan in the shower.
Although older facilities, the rooms are kept clean and in good condition. the hotel is right next to the downtown area and it is easy to walk to any of the restaurants and shops.

The room was a bit stuffy. The heat/ac/fan unit either made it too hot or too cold. We will bring a small air filter for clean air next time. There is no fan in the bathroom.
Excellent customer service. When vending machine ate our $5 bill the front desk made it right and provided correct change. The pool was fun for the kids. Location is good. Grab and go breakfast is good.

Had hoped to use EV charging facilities nearby, but they didn’t work with my Tesla adapter or were in poor condition/ in use. Was hard to find other facilities nearby—Wenatchee needs to up its game! Facility seems a bit tired (old).
Wonderful staff. Provided some breakfast. Accommodated late checkout. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Heating easy to adjust. Good water pressure and hot water.

I didn’t like that the pool was not heated. It’s Dec so when we booked and read indoor pool my kids were excited. Come to find out the pool wasn’t heated and the water was cold. Super disappointed with that but everything else was good.

Rooms did not have microwave and the room needed a few repairs. Breakfast was a little chaotic with everyone trying to fit in the little room

I wish they'd reopen the restaurant, it's been closed for a long time (more than a year). This year we had a low floor room on the city side, not the best. Oh well...it's still a go-back place.
We like this hotel very much and have visited multiple times, each time in some way related to a conference. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean...everything is well kept. Good rates. Good pet policy. My favorite view is toward the river, or a high floor room on the city side.

We were looking for a laid-back weekend away with a pool. Rate Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the location and the pool/ outdoor hot tub. Breakfast could be better but overall, it is great value for your money.

A family had arranged a child's birthday pool party so we had to wait to use the pool/hot tub. Children were eating birthday cupcakes while in the hot tub. A sign says no food or drink but may have just been an esthetic consideration. Our room seemed a little over heated. We also had to walk through chemicals in a hallway as hotel staff was spraying the carpet.
The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly The rooms seemed standard but they were clean.
