Not the hotel’s fault, but right across the river view is a train that runs basically all night long. Because of that noise it does make it challenging to sleep.

The front desk staff was really nice and knowledgeable. The room was descent size and there were some good options for breakfast.

You couldn't have made it any Better! A Plus on all accounts!

We were Very Pleased with everything about your Facility! Our room smelled like Herbily Peaches, and everything was Spotless in the room also and VERY pleased that we did not have to ask for Extra TP or Kleenex! The room was already stocked like it should be. The Pool was Fantastic! The water was so comfortable that We swam for 3 hours! And the River View was Beautiful and so peaceful and we loved the trains going by with their whistles going off. Your Staff was Fantastic! They greeted us with big smiles and even conversed with us, made us feel right at home! The Best Hotel I have ever stayed in!

The hotel was amazing. It was very clean. The rooms were big and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is nice and quite. The hotel has a little snack kiosk. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The parking lot in that every morning I was there we had sausage they need to actually get bacon and alternate every once in a while

Nothing, it was truly exceptional.

Beautiful setting and a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. The friendly lady who checked us in was very thorough. She even looked at my driver's license photo, then looked at me. Also compared the address. I've never had anyone be so cautious, and it was greatly appreciated! She also allowed me to purchase a drink from the bar - even though it had closed 10 min prior - because she knew we'd had a long snowy trip and needed it! The kind breakfast ladies were very helpful. They even made more eggs and sausage even though breakfast was ending in 15 min. The room was SO clean. Like, nearly as clean as my house. Way cleaner than most other hotels we've visited. The lobby was very welcoming, and the stairways were clean, carpeted, well lit, and even smelled good. I could go on and on. This place was definitely worth the price. Even my teenagers liked it. Perhaps your people could tour all of the other hotels in the world and coach their people to be as good.

The room this time around was cold. As of the heat didn’t work too well, not real big issue but the temp outside was 18 the three days we were there.

It was close to everything and our family. The staff have been exceptional each time we’ve been there.

It was deceiving when I booked the room.I thought the room I booked had a walk in shower. Instead it was a tub shower combo the second night the shower broke, which they fixed right away Then the last day it was taking forever for the tub to drain. That was the worst thing about the entire stay.

the first step in the front doors was the smell, it was wonderful but not overwhelming! it smelled like apple pie! our room was at a comfortable temperature, lots of hot water for showers and not noisy. The staff were super friendly and also made conversation with us! We'll be back in three weeks for another family trip.

Not enough Toilet paper And Kleenex for 1 person to be there for a couple hours let alone Over night PLUS we had 4 people staying over night and 3 were adults. We should not have had to ask for either toilet paper OR Kleenex. It should have been in the room when we got there.

I would have given the Best score possible but there were Very little paper products in the room and we had a Family of 4 staying over night, otherwise we were very Happy with our stay. The Room was So clean and the bedding smelled so good.
