All was great, excwpt the BED ......very soft, not comfortable, did not sleep well

The sheets did not fit the bed. And I requested ew sheets and if they were changed or not, the sheets still didn’t fit correctly.

The bedding and furniture are getting a bit tired. Couch in the living room has lost its spring support. Like the Avalon Erie, the Cobblestone is being managed by.people more interested in taking what they can get out of the place rather than investing some back to provide a quality stay for guests. But that is happening with hotels all ovee this country. It is tragic to see once lovely accommodations falling into disrepair.

We were upgraded to an extended stay suite to accommodate my wife's mobility needs. We are grateful for that. Breakfast was the hotel usual with one or two surprises like sliced kielbasa on Sunday morning. The Cobblestone sits right on the Erie bayfront and close to everything.

The breakfast area is small and limited. The television and stations are also limited. Overall, I expected a bit more for the price.

The hotel was comfortable however I was expecting more for the price. I liked the beds and shower and utilities like the microwave and mini refrigerator. Also, it was awesome that the hotel offers wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

No charging stations for phones etc in the room. If you forgot to pack a charger, you would be out of luck.

The room was very nice and extremely clean. Air conditioner worked fine. Towels were big and fluffy. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast is provided.

The fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses. They came off the bed when lied on.

The breakfast wasn't great, but pretty standard for an included hotel breakfast. The mattresses were not very comfortable.

We stayed the night before the eclipse. We checked out before the eclipse itself, but the hotel put together so many nice things for anyone who stayed. There were little snacks and eclipse glasses in the rooms and live music for the day of. When I first booked a few months ago, I did request two rooms close together if possible but due to the high volume of guests during this event, I assumed that would be unlikely. However when we checked in, they confirmed they were able to give us rooms next to each other as requested. Although check in was 3 or later, one of our rooks was not ready until closer to 3:30 and we did see some other rooms that were still being cleaned at 4. Still, we could see that the housekeeping staff was trying to work as fast as possible and the delay was likely due to the high volume of guests for the eclipse.

Breakfast. There were not a lot of options for breakfast. The eggs and sausage were in the same container, and the sausage still looked pink, and the egg was dry. The waffles and pastries ( Sam's club muffins) were the only thing being eaten as the cereal was corn flakes and cheerios. The oatmeal was plain and not many options to use.

The staff was amazing, respectful, and knowledgeable. The location was great and was an affordable price.

The main door and bathroom doors were warped. Took a little extra effort to make sure doors were completely closed.

The breakfast is always the worst in the city smh It it wasn't for the location, we would never stay because I like breakfast. If it's going to be offered, at least have something decent. We always always have breakfast elsewhere. The coffee is always spot on.

Everything is always clean. My wife, grandson and mysef have stayed 10 times or more. .

I had zero complaints My wife thought the bed was a little firm but that was her only negative comment

The location was phenomenal, The breakfast was very good The hotel shop Even had a small oven and things such as frozen dinners and frozen pizzas for a reasonable price, mind you I had a handicap room however it was enormous even for a handicap room everything was exceptionally clean there were two rooms to sleep in two TVs The view of lake Erie was incredible I watched the sunrise over it and it was right beside hamot where I needed to go. Oh yeah the staff was extremely pleasant and professional, additionally there was a hotel bar which I'm not used to seeing. Hot tub swimming pool outdoor firepit... So on.

I try to avoid pet friendly rooms....I don't dislike dogs it just seems pet friendly is not generally as clean.

Location was fantastic. Took a stroll around Lake Erie which was right across the street!
