Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed was very uncomfortable had a hard time sleeping on the old spring bed.
Close to the company that I work for, clean and does not smell like an old bowling alley.

We reserved a single room with a king bed. Upon check in, we're told one was not available and we were given a double queen room. They discounted the price, but we would have preferred the original room reserved. In addition, it would have been nice to use the tables in the breakfast area for lunch. We ordered pizza and asked if we could use a table in the area to eat. We were told no, but could reserve the conference room for $75. No thanks.
Well maintained and clean. We appreciated having the following amenities available for use: fridge, microwave, pool, and breakfast.

Pretty quiet at night, but the floors creak and you can hear people above you stomping around. Surprising for such a new hotel.

When I booked the room, I noted that we had pets. When we arrived to settle in, the desk clerk said we had not mentioned we had pets. Considering that we booked in to your Pet Friendly facility well in advance of the day we arrived; and, that we had specifically booked this place because of the pet friendly advertisements, we were quite a bit perplexed by his statement.
I liked the facility and the fact that pets are Welcome!

There was cherios in the hideaway bed and under the chair - didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned.
The room size was better than our last stay. The breakfast was ok.

The heat in the room or lack there of at times, the coldness of the hallways and the cold pool and pool area. I get it was cold in Minnesota the days we stayed but the building is not that old and should have better heating system in my opinion.
The location, the breakfast, the staff were all friendly

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past five weeks. it is fine Sunday-Thursday, but on Fridays and Saturdays the hotel is a zoo, as families are coming to Hutch for youth sporting events. Both times I stayed on Fri-Sat nights, the kids were out of control and no one, parents or staff seemed to do anything about it. This is not a "cheap" hotel price-wise, but it certainly seems understaffed and makes no attempt to ensure a pleasant stay for its guests,
I stayed four nights and two of the four nights were fine.

Everything absolutely exceeded expectations!
The hotel is exceptionally clean, which is always a concern when staying at a hotel. The location is excellent and the staff was polite and very friendly! A great local hotel option!

Went to bar two different days and no service. The hotel didn't fix a phone that didn't work. Took hotel a long time to get TV working, but it kept shutting itself off.

That you only clean the room every five days and I had to ask for clean towels. I also found (not mine) a pubic hair in the bathtub

Breakfast, cleanliness, and staff were all great! I had an appointment and needed to work in the mean time and Sammy was able to let me check in early at 8:30 a.m. That helped me tremendously and I was able to check out late as well. I was super happy with my accommodations'.
