I don't like the breakfast, because missing the variable food for the different cultures.

I like the water park and the room. The location is near the aquarium and another attraction site.

AC on the room wasn't working well. Mini fridge never got cold either and ask for a microwave and it was really old and hard to started.

Coco key is a great place to take your family if you dont have a ton of money .... For what they offer the price cant be beat, the staff was more then helpful all the gates lock and staff makes sure everyone is safe, I even witnessed a lifeguard save a small childs life ... I definitely recommend Coco Key

The only thing that I didn't like was that we had a 5 person room/5 people and we were only given enough towels and washcloths for 4 people every day.

I liked how friendly the staff was and how they replenished the towels/wash cloths every day.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pool bottom was very rough and scratchy.

Breakfast was good and location let us walk most places. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, cleanliness was very good, property was well kept.

Check-in is "from 4 pm" - our family (pregnant and with a toddler) were not given access to their room until after 7 pm. Staff seemed to think this was normal and acceptable. It is not. They offered "early" check-in for an additional $35 but wouldn't say how "early" this might be, This is a somewhat dated, standard motel built around a reasonable water park - you go for the pool, not the rooms. The air conditioning is old and very noisy.

Convenient location. Lots of pool facilities. Breakfast was great.

Water park hours were slightly inconvenient. Also some of the water park features seemed to need updated, especially the middle pool with the nonoperational slide and one of the slides in the bigger play area. Also, in the room, the microwave was nowhere near an outlet. And the fridge is very small for 4 people. The room supposedly accommodates 4-6 but I wouldn't do more than 4.

Very clean. Easy to check in and out. Room was well cared for. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was also plenty of staff around, which is not very common these days.

Found poop alongside pool not even 5 minutes of it being open… told 3 workers about it and they argued over whose turn it was to clean up. Yellow slide was closed. Beware of Bartender near the hot tub.. he adds extra onto your bill. Ordered 2 drinks, before i swiped i checked the bar menu again and told him that’s not the correct total, he gets mad, grabs the POS and changes the amount. 10-15 kids in the hot tub at a time, jumping in like it’s the pool, playing on the disabled chair going up and down. No fan in the bathroom.

Traveling with 3 kids so the waterpark was nice. Rooms were spacious. Pizza and chicken tenders from restaurant were great. Pool and hot tub stay open later.

Some kid throw up in the pool, and they didn't close the pool down. Rooms could have used a dress, I hated living out of my suit case for a week

Rooms were very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Half the park was covered, and half was outside. Great for the days there was a storm kids could still go swimming
