Water park hours were slightly inconvenient. Also some of the water park features seemed to need updated, especially the middle pool with the nonoperational slide and one of the slides in the bigger play area. Also, in the room, the microwave was nowhere near an outlet. And the fridge is very small for 4 people. The room supposedly accommodates 4-6 but I wouldn't do more than 4.

Very clean. Easy to check in and out. Room was well cared for. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was also plenty of staff around, which is not very common these days.

Found poop alongside pool not even 5 minutes of it being open… told 3 workers about it and they argued over whose turn it was to clean up. Yellow slide was closed. Beware of Bartender near the hot tub.. he adds extra onto your bill. Ordered 2 drinks, before i swiped i checked the bar menu again and told him that’s not the correct total, he gets mad, grabs the POS and changes the amount. 10-15 kids in the hot tub at a time, jumping in like it’s the pool, playing on the disabled chair going up and down. No fan in the bathroom.

Traveling with 3 kids so the waterpark was nice. Rooms were spacious. Pizza and chicken tenders from restaurant were great. Pool and hot tub stay open later.

Some kid throw up in the pool, and they didn't close the pool down. Rooms could have used a dress, I hated living out of my suit case for a week

Rooms were very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Half the park was covered, and half was outside. Great for the days there was a storm kids could still go swimming

Other disrespectful guests. There was an unusual number of people that had no table or dining maners. Some came bare chested with no shoes to breakfast and touched everything with their hands. 🤢

The beds are really uncomfortable, there are no curtains, just blinds & the lights in the parking lot shine in your eyes while you’re trying to sleep.

All of the pool & water parks are amazing! The staff goes above & beyond, and they are all genuinely friendly.

The smell of the rooms. It was awful, musty, water damage, moldy smell and I couldn’t sleep. I went to Walmart and bought this stuff to suck the moisture up.

Doors were not sealed. Could see light under door to next room. People in next room can be heard talking in normal tone. Door to outside shown light around it. The eatery next to the arcade was very basic and very expensive! Fountain pop over $4!!Really??

Waterpark was nice. Open palm planted alleyways /breezeways were nice. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Main pool doesn’t have a lifeguard and gets too rowdy. No elevator in some buildings.

The only thing I did not like was the sewage smell the last two nights of our stay. It came through the air conditioning vent.

The resort was in International Drive. It was a walking distance to most places. We had a pool view room. The staff were nice and friendly. The waterpark was a great experience for my kiddo. The pool was nice and relaxing after a long day at the Disney Parks.

Rooms were dated, beds were old and hard. Pillows were lumpy.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Selection was good.

We arrived for check in at 4pm told our room wasn’t ready to come back at 6pm. Went back at 6 told to come back at 8pm. We were told to go to pool and wait. The waterpark closed at 8, it was cool out our 3 girls were exhausted. Room wasn’t ready for us until 9pm. Raymond the manager said he couldn’t give us anything but a voucher which covered a pizza some wings and a 2 liter … then the room was not the one we booked. Total chaos told disaster for a 8,9 and 11 year old on spring break. The area in the waterpark by the pool smelled like sewage…

Cockroaches in the room. Room 7113 the bunk beds were extremely unstable and wobbly. The king bed was very uneven had a big dip in the middle. Hard to sleep on
