Pool area wasn’t super clean, and the breakfast buffet wasn’t great. Could use more regular cleaning.

Value for money - amazing. Kids had a great time and there’s lots to do.

Found a fake fingernail in bedding, assuming it fell off the staff making the bed. Cushions on the sofa bed were quite stained, but we mostly used the pull out bed and put a clean sheet over cushions when the cushions were used. The blow dryer did not work. Most likely not tested between guests. I'm sure it would have been replaced had I requested. Otherwise overall, the room was clean.

The staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was included and quite good. Lots to choose from. Value for room along with activities and breakfast, exceptional. Lots of extras to do and a great place to bring the family. I would definitely stay again.

Drinks expensive, limited food menu at grill area mainly junk food with very few if no healthy options. Bedrooms a little dated Really disliked being offered "free gift" and forceful sales pitch at the ticket desk after checking in after an overnight 9 hr flight

Slides & pool area are good fun, staff helpful & pleasant, rooms clean . Breakfast was good and nice variety of food at breakfast. Movie for kids in the evening was lovely. Pool area cleaned very well daily and plenty of life guards on duty. Handy location & bus stop outside door to all the parks , outlets and restaurants.

It was to old not to much Maintance in the rooms or the place . My room had a leaking sink and the kids bunk bed was loose .

The inconvenience of being woke up at 12:30 am by security, stating I wasn’t supposed to be in my room. Later finding out staff made a mistake. Very unprofessional and disappointing. My family and I were offered complimentary late checkout, which we accepted.

The property’s cleanliness was top notch. Outstanding guest service reps and overall safe.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Water park does close early (5 or 6 pm) which was kind of a bummer but main pool and hot tub are open until 10.

I was in room 5214 and loved our view. When we got to our room we noticed the TV didn't work. I texted the front desk and we went for a walk around the property. When we got back the TV was fixed. I appreciated the fast service.

There was a lady in the reception she was Spanish and she was really rude. I think they need to teach their staff how to treat their guests in a better way.

The water was supposed to be heated but on the cold side. It could have been warmer. One of the bartenders was extremely rude to me at the tiki bar. I ordered and she walked away from me and told another bartender that she couldn’t understand me. She didn’t even try to understand me. I felt like she just didn’t want to serve me.

I like the covered splash area for my toddler.

The arcade we couldn’t retrieve our winning tickets. Waiting for awhile and an employee never showed after they say they will be at the counter soon.

Having the room connection was great..The breakfast buffet was aweso. Even though it was a short visit to this hotel but will book again my family loved the water park.

There was nothing not to like.

I loved the location and the facilities. The hotel had its own laundromat where we managed to get our laundry done after a busy week at Disney. The nearness to the Premium outlets was an added bonus. The bus stop was just outside the hotel.

The room didnt look anything like what we saw on Booking. It was something I would expect from a motel 6. We booked the room for 4 people and had a very hard, queen mattress as well as a tiny pull out couch that barely held my 60# 10 year old. His bed was barely better than the linoleum floor and the ac for the whole room blew right onto him. We stayed 5 nights and it was extremely uncomfortable and we were sore every morning/woke up several times a night in pain.

The waterpark and other amenities were really great. Staff was nice and informative. It was clean.

A few shampoo on the room, parking charges and charges for early check in, not the charge but the atendent could tell us to wait on the pool area before room availability

The bathroom kept clogging up other rooms which affected our room and the smell of the hotel altogether. Also, the pools were barely heated. They could have definitely made them a bulwark considering we were here visiting during winter.
