The elevator was very slow, and didn't like that my room was close to the stairs, which you can get too from outside, anyone that wasn't staying there could come in the hallway through here

No swimming pool or outdoor area to enjoy. However, these amenities are available to use at other properties nearby.

Our suite was recently renovated. Others may not be. Covered and well lit parking.

It was old Needs to be updated. Room had a musty smell to it. The air freshener they sprayed in the lobby was so strong, my allergies went haywire. I had to go outside just to wait in the lobby because I needed air

Needs updated. Sink had no stopper. The shower has seen better days and the carpet is stained. No housekeeping the entire time I was here. Came early total (4)days.

Location was amazing. Straight shot to beach with walkway. Walking distance to shops and food. All rooms are suites ! Guest services was super nice and helpful.

It was very outdated and although seemed cleaned, due to the lack of upkeep, rust in bathrooms and very worn carpets, made it seem as though it wasn’t as clean.

It was in a great location for our trip to our cruise and near many places to eat.

If you are looking for an all inclusive resort this isn’t it. If you are looking for something close to area beaches and Orlando attractions it’s a good place to stay.

It’s is close to the beach. All things were clean and in working order.

The hotel could use some updating. But it was decent. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. The elevator moved like a sloth.

Carpets really need to be cleaned. General musky smell in the rooms, but you get what you pay for. It’s the cheapest in the area which is what we needed. So would come again.

Dirty and stained carpet, inside room and outside room in hallway. Found blood splatter in bathroom on shower wall, curtain and floor. Killed roach in kitchen /living room. Was told I had to put a $10.00 deposit on room that would be refunded to me a few days after check out. Could not tell what for, only that it was normal procedure.

The room was definitely clean but it's pretty rundown and so many things from walls to carpet to furniture are needing replacement.

The hotel is located in a central area. Our room was very large and the bed comfortable. The staff, Steve and Nathan were very nice and helpful.

There was mold in the bathroom and trash bin with was not empty. No table in the room. Just table with the lamp.

Fast check-in and checkout. Very friendly stuff. Was two separate rooms with TV in the each room. Good location.

Carpets in hallways were badly stained. My room 509, carpet was damp, lamp shade was in terrible condition, shower rod falling down, mold or mildew in bathroom, toilet was left with urine and toilet paper when I checked in, no washcloths in bathroom. It was supposedly a suite, but had no typical kitchen items such as silverware, plates, cups...not even paper towels.

Price was well below surrounding properties, such as Marriotts, Sheraton Hilton etc
