The water pressure was bad and did not drain well. We were in the room behind the office and you could smell someone burned Popcorn.

We road our bikes to the beach with the dogs. Everyone had a good time.

The cleanliness of the room was definitely a major factor, the room felt musty and the a/c was questionable, but you get what you pay for and in the keys is the best value for the price you will get.

The pool was very hot. Last time I stayed in one of the newer units to the side, with a porch (2 double beds). This time, we had 2 units up front. There are places in the front that are missing concrete pathways.

The property is located about halfway down the Keys. The rooms are a good size. Keurig coffee is available in the rooms. This was my second time staying here.

The Kerig Machine woudn't make coffee that sucked. (They did come and replace it). It said they had ironing boards and Iron those weren't in the room. They had a hair dryer. (lol) I needed to do a quick load of wash but those where out dated no quarters here. So, you have to go to the office give them cash to load a card, $2.50 Wash & Dry, BEWARE some how depending on settings it will charge you $0.50 more. So save a walking trip to the office. On top of that the machines where dirty and looked as they never been cleaned (come on that outfit they lease those machines do have a better system than what they have now, They have an app system now days. I suggested to the lady at the desk. Don't go to the laundry mat down the street. That is even worse! And at one night got up in the night to use the bathroom turned on the light and I was shocked to see a few cockroaches scattering along the floor and in the shower it didn't bother me I just kept the lights on and notified the staff.

The room(King) was very roomy and comfortable next to the canal and boat dock. I liked that it had a fridge, microwave and kerig coffee pod machine. The Staff were nice and helpful.

It said free breakfast but there is none. They did have coffee makers in each room and one in the office. And there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby that we didn’t miss it. Curtains didn’t match. No big deal. Room could use a makeover but it was clean.

We had rooms 205 and 206 so we were off the road. Pool was nice and the have stand up paddle boards and kayaks to use. They had pool towels and life jackets too. Girls at desk were nice, we got in super late so they left our keys taped to the window.

I am not happy with the dog policy. Extremely expensive to take your pet and had so many restrictions in which a so called service animal was in the room next to us that would not stop barking. A true service animal does not bark because they are trained to be around public and not distracted. Will not stay in the room we were assigned again which is 511 it was right in the canal but at the end of the property where you hear all of the traffic. Plus contraction was also going on in the building right next door.

Our room had no view but there to sleep so not that bad. We were in rooms that had wood steps about 10 up and down so this could be an issue. They do have 1 story rooms attached to office. I don't know how they are decorated.

Location off of Overseas Hwy was easy to find. Newer bedding. Nice new style shower. If fisherman it was located on a canal with boat access. Also kayaks for free use.
