The location and apartment was wonderful. the staff was super friendly. the price was very reasonable.

The lady named “Gray” at the counter told us it was $2 a bottle for water. The following day another lady charged us $1. I felt as though Gray pocketed the money, but other than that, it was good.

Some of the soaps and PH accessories were not all available. That was a little disappointing.

Could definitely use some updating and couldn’t use the pool because it wasn’t heated. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it as well.

Space. Although a little outdated it was clean and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom

No bathroom on main floor of apartment. Jets in poolside hot tub were so weak they were useless. We were always able to find parking space but I sometimes far from our unit. Designated parking by unit would have been nice. Noise from air conditioners was so loud it made sitting on balcony impossible to enjoy. Kitchen was devoid of supplies, ie salt and pepper, paper napkins, teakettle, anything thoughtful. No smart TV in 2024.

The pool and hot tub, Gumbo’s dockside tables and chairs, spacious apartment. Reliable WiFi. Good towels. Convenient (by car) to Croissants de France Bakery and The Docksis on Stock Island.

It's not as close to Duval street area.

Liked that it was on a marina and had it's own front porch for our room. The room was the perfect size for what we needed. The landscaping was cute and very Florida and felt like we were tucked away in a little oasis.

The property is about four miles to Duval Street. It was too far to walk and Uber was $20 each way. Therefore we walked to the airport (20 minute walk) and rented a car for a few days. Worked out very good as we could drive to many locations around Key West and significantly less cost than an Uber.

The property was very clean and spacious. Two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our condo was two floors - kitchen, living room, and balcony on the first floor with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor.

we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 pm even though it said 1:00 when we booked and it also said 1:00 on the confirmation email we were sent.

the grounds are very pretty. the view from the room was ok.

My knees didn't like the spiral staircase that we needed to use to get to the bedroom on the second floor and I noticed some spots of moldiness on the ceiling. Unfortunately, it's probably hard to keep the units dry in a place that is so very humid.

The resort is lovely. We enjoyed being directly on the water at a marina and the little bar GUMBOS was really fun and of course convenient. The staff were fantastic! We didn't use the pools unfortunately because it was too cold, but next time we hope to.

Just the distance from Old Town. I don’t drink so diving was no issue for me. I didn’t like the idea of trying to bike into town because of the busy roads and the distance. That’s really the only thing.

I loved the cottage type unit I stayed in that was more like a studio apartment than a room. I had everything I needed. It was a nice place to come home to after a busy day in town or at the beach.

Need updates, pool chairs were ripped and worn but it could have been worse

It was great for the price, loved having a kitchen so we could cook meals and not eat out for every meal.

Sadly I saw some roaches in our unit and other bugs. A good exterminator would do the property justice. This is FL and bugs are expected-just recommend the property get better exterminator.

Away from chaos of Duval. Quiet and friendly. Two bedroom was spacious. Parking was abundant. Dock / Marina is nice! Two pools that were clean.

our 3rd time staying, very nice resort, great pool and hot tub, easy elevator for loading up luggage and groceries, parking great, patio great, very nice layout and close to the water to go and relax and hang out for a nice break. very nice place!

Transportation to downtown area took some planning

Wonderful location marina views are great. Quiet ! in Key West, yet away from hustle and bustle. Go get in midst of action. Then retreat to paradise to rejuvenate.

Outside light burnt-out, mentioned to staff, bulb did not get changed. Specifically said in check-out instructions that room needed to be clean, nothing that would require extensive cleaning. I found a used bar of soap in bathroom on top of wall shampoo. Spatula in drawer dirty and plate in cabinet dirty. Instructions to place dirty towels in mesh bag Outside door for towel exchange. No mesh bag, when told to staff, didn't get one.

Place is quiet, very seldom saw other vacationers. But I also did not go to the bar or the pool. Close to airport.
