The bathtub could be updated, but overall everything was great!

Location was perfect! Close to Flagler Ave so we could walk to restaurants & ice cream shop. Ocean front with easy walk onto beach. Room was very spacious and clean.

First room was awful. We were relocated for night 2.

The second night our room was perfect. The first night we were in #4206 which was adjacent to the elevator and construction therefore very little sleep. Also fan and light turned on, in the middle of the night.

Parking got a little crazy on the weekend, there's not enough spots for the size of the hotel. The hotel itself is slightly beat up but a good value!

Let’s see the property was under construction although it is on the beach it is not a private beach or a private section for the resort. We had a situation where our sliding room door in the front was not locked. We didn’t find out until that morning and we had to ask for a key from maintenanceto be able to lock the door because you can only lock the door from the outside instead of the inside, which was extremely uncomfortable housekeeping could not figure out or no when our check-in or check out we had got there within a couple hours and they were already coming up to us asking us if we were checking out which made no sense because we had just checked in so it’s unorganized.

I liked how close the beach was to the property. The view was not all that great the way our room was positioned. We were actually facing the building however it was very clean we stayed in the two bedroom, which is good for bigger families.

I wish the small balcony would have had 2 chairs and not just one. The air conditioning unit was so loud you couldn't hear the tv and it went on and off all night in the bedroom. The new bedside table lights are so low you can't put anything on the nightstands.

Location is supberb. I liked our rooms with a living room in the middle and bedrooms on each side.

The walls are PAPER THIN…we could hear our neighbors clearly speaking , using the bathroom, showering, etc…we thought they were literally in our room! The AC unit ran very cold which we liked but it sounded like a freight train…the ceiling fan light has a short bc the light came on multiple random times especially in the middle of the night …the light fixtures on either side of the bed are bizarre and you basically have no room to put anything on the tables and there was only one plug to use…

Great location , great value, great staff…we came in on the weekend …parking was tight due to the site is being remodeled …our room was very nice and updated…

I would say the coffee maker was our biggest complaint- just not user friendly. Also, maybe have grilling tools at the front desk that could be used by guests.

Loved having the pool next to the ocean. Very convenient to go to either. We enjoyed the close proximity to town and shopping.

The location is currently undergoing improvements. Lots of construction. New carpet smell was a little uncomfortable. I think the price was a little too expensive for the value of the room.

Maybe instructions for the coffee maker/TVs in the bedrooms- We thought we had things figured out but didn't, but it was probably just because we were unfamiliar, not really the hotels fault.

the rooms were very clean, very spacious and exactly what we expected. the kitchenette has most everything needed if there was coking to be done, the only thing we couldn't figure out was the coffee maker (that was probably because we were just unfamiliar with it not the hotels fault). The balcony was very nice and even though it didn't look right at the beach, you could still hear it and see it off to the side. The pool was very accessible and well kept, and the beach access was a nice perk. Walkable to Flagler Avenue, which gave us good options for things to do. would definitely stay again.

The directions/signage outside of the hotel is a bit confusing. WE got in late at night and had a hard time finding our room because our room number didn't fall into the signage. Luckily, Dominik was a great staff person who patiently walked my family and I over.

The location was perfect for us! We were right on the beach and a 10 minute walk to a bustling shop and food area. It didn't take us over 10minutes to get anywhere! You can wake up in the morning and roll out of bed an onto your balcony or the beach - it was fantastic!

ramp to beach was closed, had to walk quite a ways around to get down to the water. bedroom ceiling fans didn’t work. and took a very long time to get hot water in the showers.

The only downfall at all is that not all of the pool and beach accesses have been reopened yet. Just a short walk to get to each from our building, but we still had an amazing time!

Location, staff, room size and comfort were all incredible! Will definitely be back again! Being close to so much local food was awesome, and we got to try several new places that weren't necessarily part of our trip that were great!
