Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaCouldn’t access the TV and it didn’t come with a parking spot which made parking very expensive and difficult to find.

United States of AmericaI enjoyed my stay!
Coda on Half Placemakr was a Lifesaver in Hospitality: Why You Should Choose Coda on Half Placemakr. My sisters and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coda on Half Placemakr and it's safe to say it completely turned my trip around. After a disappointing start at another property, Coda on Half Placemakr was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a fantastic experience. First and foremost, the property itself is impressive. It exudes an upscale condo vibe with its modern amenities and immaculate cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and up-to-date, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the front desk to the night audit, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my siblings and I had a memorable stay. Even in the wee hours of the morning when I needed assistance, the night audit was incredibly helpful and understanding, which made all the difference in salvaging our mini vacation. In summary, if you're looking for apartment living, vacation rentals, or a hotel stay, that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, look no further than Coda on Half Placemakr. It's not just a place to stay; it's a lifesaver for travelers in need of a memorable experience. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars without hesitation. This hotel truly saved the day and made our trip one to remember.

United KingdomIt was a bit dusty in the corners
The apartment came with a balcony which is great for the summer months. Close to plenty of food choices. The kitchen came equipped with some basic essentials like washing up liquid, and a dishwasher. I liked that they even provided a couple of pods and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. The gym was well equipped. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Literally a 5 min walk to the metro.

United States of AmericaIt was still a little noisy after the quiet hours, and there was no way to completely block the outside light. Neither of these was a deal breaker, though.
This was a great hotel! With a completely stocked kitchen, It was more like an apartment. It was clean and in a great location, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend Coda on Half, and would stay again.

Nice lobby area as well as gym, small "cafe" and a gorgeous Penthouse for residents and guests to enjoy rooftop views, or just chilling inside on one of several seating options. United KingdomYou can hear the noises from the corridor quite well. Generally the building is quiet, but one night other guests were very loud in the corridor and we could hear them like if they were in our apartment.
The facilities were very nice, the building is secure. Very nice gym. The staff were very friendly. There are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops around. Also a supermarket and pharmacy. The washing machine and clothes dryer were available in the apartment. There is a metro station 5 mins away, but we walked to city centre (30-45 mins, depending where would you like to go). Overall a very nice accommodation, definitely would stay again.
