This is my second review, due to second stay, so I will keep it short and sweet. Once again, Cold Creek Inn provided a lovely stay at a great value. The room was once more in great shape - comfy, super clean, and well-equipped. No complaints!

We honestly couldn't think of anything.

What a gem! The Cold Creek Inn looks unassuming - reminiscent of a motor lodge. However, the details will start to stand out. The parking lot is well-kept with plenty of spaces. The workers are kind and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. Rooms are spotlessly clean and outfitted with modern furniture, including a full seating area and desk space. We found all the furniture to be both functional and really comfortable. There's a fridge, heating/cooling unit, and complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and soft towels. Wifi is both fast and reliable. Earplugs are provided, but we never needed them, finding plenty of peace of quiet. Still, just a short walk and you're in downtown Mt. Shasta. We had such a nice one-night stay here on our road-trip south that we stopped here again on the way back up. Once again, everything was great. We hope to stop here every time!

A train went by several times in the night. Also the light from outside shown below and above the curtains, and with the light of all the electronic devices it made me wakeful.

The location was great with a brief walk into town. This motel was clean and well maintained so we were very pleased with our accommodations. .

More creamer. 😂 We usually have two cups of coffee each in the morning and more creamer would have been perfect. But hey, that was so minor compared to our overall wonderful stay.

Your location is our 1/2 way point between Fresno Ca and Canby Oregon, so it’s a perfect, beautiful stop for the night. We love the coziness and warmth of the rooms and your staff. Making it an all over great experience.

Wish they still served breakfast....but there was a small table with chairs for 2....excellent. And a microwave to heat food and a refrigerator. Everything we needed.

The only reason I didn’t get 10/10 stars is that you can hear when people are walking by your room or walking along the deck. This didn’t bother me, because I’m a heavy sleeper. However, my husband is a light sleeper and it bothered him.

The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed at in a very long time! Plus everything, including the blow dryer, worked great.

The WiFi connection had occasional disruptions, yet it performed satisfactorily overall.

I am highly impressed with the property, especially considering its advantageous location and reasonable price. Furthermore, the availability of laundry facilities and an ice maker are desirable amenities.

Refrigerator door was on backwards so hard to get into (this could easily be remedied with a screwdriver) and was also black inside so need a flashlight to see in. Missing black towels for wiping makeup or wet shoes. Very tall bed was hard to get into. Heater is either on or off, no temperature control.

Generous counter space, allowed pets, clean, earplugs provided (necessary bcs next to train tracks), environmental effort (bulk shampoo/conditioner, recycle bin, etc), extensive tea choice. Upon my request hey put me a room they knew to be the quietest room #23, and I did not hear the train with earplugs.

The only negative I can say is that the shower is small and the shower head is low for someone who is over 6 feet tall. But I'm used to it and it was manageable.

The room was clean and the decor was up-to-date. It was quiet while I was there, no noise from traffic or other guests. It's also very close to the center of town so that was nice. I arrived late and had no issues with the self-check in. I also needed a place that allowed pets so I was glad they could accommodate me and my pooch!

It’s small but well laid out is very dog friendly which is a huge plus in my experience when we stayed my fur babies got their own towels for wiping feet the trains that went was a huge plus for the other half to watch going by

This was the most AMAZING place we've ever stayed! Everyone was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! EVERYTHING was clean and fresh! You can not hear anyone next door, and had a great view of the mountain!
