Street parking can be a bit challenging to be near hotel entrance during the daytime. Upstairs rooms are small.

Excellent location right on the Main Street, yet very quiet for sleeping. Owner Jimmy treats you like royalty/family to please you during your stay.

Location, location, location. The staff was nice and friendly, the bed was ok, it was not dirty. In the end it's a hotel. If I'm staying in Cold Springs, I will probably go back.

Sadly, the historic toilet didn't work. We put this down to the age of the property and were given access to the one in the hall instead (which was fine).

A glorious location. The staff were brilliant and there's a great cafe as part of the property. We were given a fridge and great local tips. The room was a good size for two adults and two teens.

The staff is very courteous but after 6pm they are essentially absent. This made it difficult because the cable tv wasn’t working and there’s no one to help. The same was true of air conditioning and the coffee maker.

The location is excellent. The room is nicely appointed, though there is a bit of street noice.

No parking. Rooms not well insulated (noise) - but it's not a hotel but more a B&B, so that's to be expected.

Nice, clean, good location for our planned events. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One room was a bit cramped vs. the front room (which was lovely). Neat little place. Great town and shops. Food/reteraunts were excellent! Nice stay.

I was in the area for a family gathering and the Cold Spring Hotel was perfect for an overnight. My host was very welcoming, the room was perfect and I had a good nights sleep and a nice shower.

Not entirely clean rooms. We found a few items/trash under the bed and under the bathroom sink. We also got bug bites at night, hopefully not bed bugs!

I can't think of a thing. For a longer stay, I'd need a bigger room (and a desk) -- but for a quick overnight, this was really perfect. Much appreciated .

the location was perfect, and the man who checked me in was very nice. the decor was interesting, the air conditioning worked fine, there was enough hot water, everything was clean ... very convenient, good value for money.

The room was quite small. Also, there is electric car charging in the town, at the Phillipstown Hall, 238 Main St., in Cold Spring. Easy to charge overnight (2 EV chargers, J-1772). The proprietor should know about that option.

While the room was advertised as soundproof I could hear pretty much every sound the person staying next door was making. The rooms are in the back of a cafe which felt a little odd & exposed. Surprised that breakfast wasn't included given the relatively high cost for the room (even though the proprietor offered 50% off cafe items); toiletries provided were the bare minimum.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The bed was really comfortable. Location is perfect on the main drag in Cold Spring, with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and not far from hiking destinations and the train. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

The location is right in the middle of the high street of cold spring. The owner was super nice and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.
