Having one elevator was slow so maybe adding a second one!

Housekeeping was killing it! They worked very hard and the should be rewarded for their efforts!

Comfortable and clean room with a bathtub. Free small breakfast and coffee were available in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Need bedside table on BOTH sides. I didn't have a lamp that allowed me to plug in my CPAP machine. I didn't have a 10-foot cord to plug into the plugs by the fridge.

Clean. Everything worked. Bathroom light went out and they replaced it within 5 hours. I don't know exact time, that's just when we got back after reporting it. No problems keeping room - vehicle for work broke down and we had to keep adding days to the original booking.

Property is outdated and needs major makeover. Dirty carpet, AC not working properly, popcorn ceiling falling in bathroom. Broken railing in shower. Musty smell

The outside of the motel looks under construction. I didn't like that they needed a $50 deposit on top of the room price. The room was not roomy it was small and confined.

The breakfast space is small, sometimes was crowded. The only options are waffles and yogurt, coffee and juice.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is good, near to the University and restaurants. The staff are really kind.

Rooms were a little dated. Breakfast options were limited and inadequate.

Clean rooms, close/ walking distance to the university. Parking was available on site.

Only thing that definitely has to be improved is smoke stench in staircases. Breakfast is only waffles and yoghurt.

Obviously outdated room with decent cleanliness and loud AC, but with earplugs, I had great sleep in my comfy bed with good pillows. I arrived early but the friendly receptionist gave me a room without question.

Kettle did not working. So, I can not drink tea or coffee.

Quite clean room and helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned every day very well. The location was also good for me.

I was irritated because there was only a few people staying at the hotel and we got a room under some weird people that made banging/pounding sounds on the floor all night. I have no idea what they were doing but we should of not had to stay under people if the hotel was practically empty on Christmas eve. Also, we should not of had to stay at a room on the bottom floor, right next to the street with ridiculously loud vehicles passing by all night.

Elevator was too small and there was no iron in the room, Had to call for them to bring it up.

The breakfast was okay. I only ate the day I was checking out. The eggs for hard due to the fire was up to high and there was no meat.

it costs more than it’s worth. it’s starting to get run down and needs repair and refurbishing. I had a non smoking room but spread had burn holes on it.

It was a little expensive but we visited on a home game weekend, so understandable.

Our room was clean and conveniently located for my daughter and I to visit the college campus.

There were little bits of trash around the room that were left by previous guests. Paint in the bathroom was starting to bubble. The fridge made intermittent tapping sounds during the night.

I liked the decor and the pillows. It was quieter than I had expected. It was a nice hotel for the price.
