We had to call down & pick up wash rags & towels(there were none when we arrived), & sheets for fold out couch. More pillows would have been nice. Street access isn't the best either (you have to go down street & u turn to get to hotel when coming from the south).

Pool was not open or clean. When we booked it there was no mention of it being closed. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work properly. The freezer part was more like the refrigerator temperature wise.

Easy to get to , near the campus, restaurants nearby. The size of the room and storage space were great.

My only concern was that I sent a couple messages prior to arrival and even upon arrival our rooms were not ready at the time of check in @ 3pm. we had to wait until each room was confirmed ready. Which was after 3pm I honestly feel that at least one of the rooms we should t be charged for the full price. Also the pool was not available as mention it would be. We weren’t advised of the incidental as well until we started checking into each room. All rooms were placed on different floors even after the reservation was set as a group

The location was prefect based on the event we were attending.

Air quality - too much air freshener. (Air purifier would have been better.) Had to wear a mask all night because of allergies. Shower door at inside bottom was dirty Towels were rough Fridge door opened the wrong way. Kitchen provided everything we could possibly need.

The staff upon arrival was not was not very friendly and did not communicate well. The the hotel air was turned off in the hallways and an elevator so it was quite warm and smelled. There were water damage issues in the bathroom and mold and mildew in the shower.

I like the location. The breakfast had a decent variety of items.

The breakfast was not very robust. They were out of coffee and not able to refill it in time before I left. I headed up to the room to brew some before heading out. There was mold in my shower and hair in my bed. The sheets were rough and had much pilling. They needed to be replaced. The door to the bathroom blocked the shower and the toilet so the door had to be closed to access these. The morning staff was super friendly though.

The breakfast was ok, we stayed thru the middle of the week. I think the person in charge must of been on their days off because the breads were not freshly kept and filled. The coffee was Luke warm. They could of added a few more things to make it just a little more enticing, maybe fresh pastries. Cleaning around the breakfast area needed to be maintained throughout breakfast times.

Very comfortable, the room amenities were great. Pillows and bed were very surprisingly comfortable. Centralized location to TAMU vet hospital. They might of been short on staffing the trash was overflowing in the breakfast, sitting areas in the lobby and at the entrance trash as well. You could tell they have maintained the property very well. Just needed that daily cleaning to be maintained.

Carpet was not clean. Liquid soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and was told that they were out of it. No fresh fruits were available for breakfast. The cols cut sandwiches were dry.

I was slightly disappointed with the staff, I had a late check in and the woman at the front desk barely said anything to me, I was expecting a friendlier welcome. Also in the room , there wasn’t any blankets or bedding for the couch bed. I called down to see if we could Dee some and the lady that answered said I could come down and get some, I went down and it was a different lady this time , but again wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I know it was late but I still would think you would have been a little more pleasant.

this time, staff and rooms. first room had a very noisy ac unit, I request to change, staff allowed not very happy. better room. next day no one did cleaning in the room, when I asked why, the lady at the front desk (which was the same than the day before) told me I had to ask when check in…she didn’t told me that when I checked in, so I was angry and asked to send some one to clean the room. they just refresh the beds. no bathroom cleaning, no vacuum … etc.

My room wasn't as clean as I am used to from a Hilton hotel. The room wasn't very decorated which was fine, but it was not cleaned. At first glance it was put together but the shower had what I think was moldy putty around the assistant bar. My kid found someone's clothes inside the folding couch, we were cleaning and disinfecting when he found it tucked away. Anyone could have missed it I'm sure. All in all I think it's just a maintenance issue but other than that the place is in a good location and I would stay again.

The staff were super, very sweet and accommodating. We were always able to find help when we needed it. Room was spacious and fit the family well. The breakfast was nice also, modest and simple nothing over the top. My 14 year old filled up on waffles. There are free washer and dryers, and the staff are knowledgeable about the town and things going on. It was a good stay.
