The property could use some updating such as the windows need repairing, the bathroom towels had some hair already on them before use. The shower took several minutes to get hot. The bathroom could use some remodeling.

The property is private, quiet, and the staff is amazing. It’s nice to be able to stay somewhere that’s been around for years. Little touches such as the salt water taffies beside the bed and the lavender spray on the pillows to help you sleep were cute touches. When I walked into the room, on the tv, they had a little fireplace theme with the sounds of crackling wood which was great!

I wish they had a better breakfast for the price per night compared to other Inns in the area,but it was still a good grab and go.

The grounds are very well kept and everyone was friendly.It was so peaceful to walk the grounds in the morning. Overall very nice stay. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Comfortable bed and great size room.

Loved the antique colonial architecture and history. The property was open and accessible to guests, both in the carriage house and main area. We loved the patio for cocktail hour. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was small, but very comfortable with everything you could need accessible.

Rooms a lot smaller than pictures may show, low ceiling Bathroom redecorated but no place to stall your toilet tries and too little space to hang for towels Airco is very loud, ear plugs used to get to sleep We were new to cape cod, a little information upon arrival how it works with beaches etc would have been nice, as well as only up on asking we discovered they had chairs for the beach

The lighting in the room was poor and the room was quite small. It was difficult to find room for 2 suitcases. The air conditioner cut on and off throughout the night which left the room quite warm in the morning. The bathroom was tiny and got very steamy and hot when showering. If we opened the bathroom door too quickly, the smoke detector went off. The only way to reach the 2nd floor was a set of stairs which were challenging for my 81 year old mother. The lighting outside could have been better when exiting the main inn to the patio and a hand rail would have stopped my mom from having a fall as she exited one evening.

The hotel was decorated nicely and the staff was very friendly. The outdoor grounds were beautiful with a sitting area and a firepit. The screened in porch was great for breakfast and as a space in the evening. The bar was open each evening with a variety of drinks. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for travelling around Cape Cod and for reaching the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. There were several good restaurants within in a short drive. The Cape Playhouse is close and offers great entertainment.

The house is old and therefore there was a lot of noise from the floorboards above and doors opening/closing.

Location is good for exploring cape cod although transport is required to reach Dennis beaches and car lots fill up early and quickly. Room was comfortable, very cosy bed. Outdoor seating, fire pit and lawn games the highlight.

The aircon in the room was very loud. Initially the building looked shabbier than the actual photos but we were pleasantly suprised when we then went into the building. The hotel had a lovely family atmosphere.

The bed was unbelievably comfy. The staff were also incredibly kind and genuine which we really appreciated, particularly as it was my husband's first time in the US. The recommendations on where to eat and what to do were also outstanding.
