You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom floor smelled like pee really really bad.. I actually put a towel on the ground for our entire stay so we didn’t have to walk on the bathroom floor. Maybe replace the caulking around the toilet?
Staff was awesome, every person I met was very nice. The motel did exceed our expectations. For being an older place and with the remodel, it was a great pick for our family!

United States of AmericaThe clerk that checked us in was very polite and talked with us. The clerk that checked us out never spoke a word to us.. I turned in our key cards and told him to have a nice day and he never said a word just continue to look at his phone.

Location was great, and I’m sure the pool would have been great to use if it wasn’t full of kids. Luck of the draw I guess.

United States of AmericaThis hotel is in a great spot on the strip in Pigeon Forge. The beds are comfortable and I can't tell you how much I love the pillows! Some hotels have very flimsy pillows, but these are nice and fluffy - they have substance! This was maybe our fifth time staying here and it's a favorite for sure.

United States of AmericaRoom was fairly clean but the floors should be mopped more frequently. Indoor pool was nice but needs to be drained and re-painted pool was clean but looks as if dirty. Also, no coffee pot in the room.
The office staff was very helpful and friendly, very professional. Breakfast was good, but the room was a little small. Parking was plentiful and convenient.
