To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe had stayed here before last year and were not happy with our stay but decided to give them another chance.For a hotel that was just remodeled, they took a lot of shortcuts. For example, the tub was new but not the faucets. They were practically falling off and the lights in the bathroom kept turning off by themselves. The vanity was disgusting and had a different color towards the drain. The sink itself was cracked and was missing the drain thing that goes on top. I had to walk my face and brush my teeth in the dark so I wouldn't get disgusted. They were also short on towels. When I asked housekeeping, they said they didn't have any extras. I also asked them if the hotel was still being remodeling, and they said they were done remodeling. The only good thing about the hotel was the bed. It was comfortable. This hotel should be priced as lower end hotels because it is not worth more than $60 dollars a night.

United States of AmericaThere were some construction guys that had a bonfire and were playing music in the parking lot outside my hotel room window. Just a bit unlucky where I was located and they wrapped it up around 930 pm. The desk girl also gave me key cards to the wrong room initially. The desk girl told me I had room 112 and wrote that on my card holder. However, when the cards did not open, I walked back to the front desk and was told that she had messed up and I was actually in 117. The gas station across the street is convenient, but there's deff some riff raff who were loitering outside. Being a pretty big guy, they didn't bother me at all.
I liked how cheap the hotel was. It was very budget friendly and I would have stayed elsewhere had it been more expensive.

United States of AmericaBeds were not comfortable and a bit of a hazard. Both were off center and had a metal bar sticking out that I hit my ankle on. We realigned the mattresses and the bar was covered. I told the morning staff person and she apologized and said that the building was scheduled for remodeling. Since the hotel was not full perhaps we could have been given a room in the other building. The bed was old and not really comfortable. We found a hairband and a quarter on the floor that we did not leave and a sticky dried juice spill on the bedside table.
Breakfast was good. Access to facility was a challenge. I could see the signs but finding the right route to get there wasn't easy. Staff was helpful and cordial. Temperature of room was good and easy to comtrol. Shower was good. Even though we were close to the highway road noise was minimal.

United States of AmericaWe were in room #110, marked as non smoking, but when we entered, it smelled of cigarettes and musty. The room was surface clean, but along the egdes and corners it was dirty. Since we only stayed one night and the bed and bathroom looked clean, we stayed.
